We decided it was time to replace our windows a few months ago. After much research, we chose T &T for the job. Joe gave us a very reasonable quote for the 34 windows and transoms that we wanted replaced. There were no hidden costs. He was very responsive to our calls and questions. It took 3-4 weeks for the windows to arrive. The window installing crew showed up on a Monday morning and the job was complete by Tuesday afternoon. The crew was awesome. They showed up on time, worked hard, completed the job on time, and cleaned up their mess. Joe was in and out during the entire process. We are extremely happy with T & T. Truly a great company to work with. We will be using them again in the near future to paint the exterior of our home. Thanks again for a job well done.

I am truly blown away at Kevins response, but he also left a message on my phone that he would get back with me within 2 days after leaving that message, never did I hear from him, til now. I did check to see if room was available being, 1-2:30ish. We were informed through Jessica, that it was not available. We continued our day at the park, as that was the reason we rented a room at the hotel. I'm sorry to inform you, jessica never once offered us an other room. And as for me taking a shower, I had to use that disgusting shower stall, and I did wash me feet after showering my body. I have pictures of how gross it was, and I actually have pictures of all the things I reported. And I totally understand about saving energy, I'm all for that. But when we plugged in the refrigerator , it never once turned. That was throughout the whole stay there.

I am totally dissapointed with the manager/owner of the super 8 in prescott valley with his harsh attitude. I have pictures to show what we experienced there at the super 8. I would have been more at ease with Kevins concern, not nhis harshness. Please let me know if and when you would like me to send the photos

As per our conversation regarding case # [redacted], I am taking the advice of Mary G[redacted] from Revdex.com and refund Mrs. [redacted]'s credit card a total sum of $25.00.  This refund does NOT in any way is an admission of guilt or admitting that there is anything wrong with the room Mrs. [redacted] stayed in.  Since her stay, the room in question has been rented many, many times without anyone complaining about any of the things Mrs. [redacted] complained about.  The refund will take few days to process and Mrs. [redacted] will see it in her next credit card statement. I consider this matter closed at this time and shoud you have any questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me. Thank you

In response to a complaint filed by Mrs. Mary [redacted], I would like to set the record straight.  First, she states that she checked into the hotel at about 7 to 7:20 pm.  She actually checked into the hotel much earlier, at 12 noon.  I am sending proof via fax of her check in time....

Since our check out time is 11 am, and there is always an hour given for extra time therefore, we don't start inquiring guests who haven't left yet until after 12 noon.  Second, Mrs. [redacted] claims that the shower was dirty. Well, if the shower was dirty, why did she take a shower in it as she states in her complaint? She talks about the refrigerator.  Well, refrigerator in every room is turned off by the housekeeping staff when they clean the room. This is to conserve energy.  The desk clerk informs every guest that they have to plug in the refrigerator if they need to use it.  Furthermore, we are not required to have a bible in the rooms.  This is the first guest at our hotel in over 14 years that I've been working here, someone actually complained about  not having a bible.  I believe if you are that serious about your religion, you should carry your own bible and your church will supply you one for free.  The desk clerk (Jessica) did offer Mrs. [redacted] another room but she refused to go in another room of her liking. Since Mrs. [redacted]'s stay in that room, we have rented that same room several times and no one has complained about anything in that room.  The sink and the air conditioner also works fine.  Anyone from the Revdex.com is welcome to inspect the room Mrs. [redacted] stayed in and I will be more than happy to let you see it.I did try to contact Mrs. [redacted] to resolve this matter, but was not able to speak to her in person. I left a message on her cell phone that I would call back in the next couple of days.  Before I even get around to it, she calls the hotel and states to the desk clerk that she does not want to speak to me and that she was going to complain to the Revdex.com.  The desk clerk did say to Mrs. [redacted] if she could contact the manager and have him call you as soon as she can. Mrs. [redacted] would have nothing of it. Mrs. [redacted] had made up her mind and that she would write to the Revdex.com.I consider this matter closed and this will be my only response to this unfounded complaint. Thank you.Kevin
