I tried to explain to Ms [redacted] and also sent her a copy of our warranty information stating underUpholstered Fabrics:Fabric and leather are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of saleThis warranty covers seam failure, fabric separation and nap lossThis warranty does DOES NOT apply to peeling,fading,shrinking,dye lot variations,tears,scratching,wearing or flattening of nap.Based on the defect and the purchase date(2012)-the sofa and love seat are not covered under this warrantyHowever, we will be gladly help Ms [redacted] with any replacement part needed-only what it costs us from the supplier.Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear MS Clopton: The manufacturer's warranty on leather and other fabrics is limited to one year from the original date of purchase-similar to other Furniture Manufacture's warranty on coversMrs [redacted] purchased the sofa and loveseat in October of which is well beyond the one yearHowever, Franklin Corporation is willing to go above the warranty and send Ms [redacted] the seat cushion at no charge(as long as the cover is still available)-she will only be responsible for the installationThere was no information on the report concerning the cover numberWe will need the cover number in order to process the orderMs [redacted] will need to contact [redacted] @ 662- [redacted] for ordering instructions.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Relation Manager

we purchased a pair of recliners from *** *** in *** *** ***,Arwe are in our 60:sthe recliners do not work as they should very hard to use , do not recline as indicated in store , very hard to return to setting position , after months of use the leather is showing excessive wear in the head rest , the area next to foot rest sagging , one chair has began to lean to the left , with only people in household and very little use this is not very good quality at a price of over $

Tell us why here...I called Ms. [redacted] today,but did not receive a answer. I was calling to follow up to see if she had received the replacement switches. On On 2/24/15  [redacted] ordered 4 replacement switches. They were mailed on 2/25 with instructions on how...

to change the switches out. She should be receiving the switches any day now. If she can not install the switches-A Tech. will come out and install them for her. She will need to call 1-866-[redacted] to schedule an appointment. if she does not receive the swithes in the next couple of days-she can contact me directly at [redacted] .Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager.

I bought a Franklin reclining couch from a company that is no longer in business. The furniture is advertised as having a lifetime warranty on the mechanism and one of the recliners wore out and was unusable. I contacted the corporate office and they put me in contact with "[redacted]" in their office who took all of my information and arranged to have a new mechanism shipped directly to me.

Advised Mr. [redacted] that we would go ahead and send him the replacement cut and sewn parts to him at no...

Purchased a Franklin sofa and loveseat in Baton Rouge in January 2013. Had several issues with the seat cushion within the first year, but that was finally taken care of after 4 visits and 3 different sets of cushion. I paid $2400 for the pair with a bonded leather cover. Well, just 2 1/2 years later, the leater on the loveseat is cracking and peeling. Looks like garbage. We have no inside pets, no small children and work full time. So it is not being over used. I showed pics of the weat to other furniture dealers and they also could not believe the wear. I am not sure what this fabric is, but it is certainly not any type of leather. If anyone would like to see the pics. Email me at [redacted]@bellsouth.net. I will be happy to share to prevent you from making the same mistake.
