My question is how is it that my belongings all of a sudden disappear only hours from checking out ? Another thing is the shower WAS in fact leaking dirty water from the top vent , can't cover up what you were not there for . Except for my valuables all disappearing so my question is where else did they go cause there were belongings left in the room

We are a economy motel , we don't have resources to hire security guard to watch every movement

Warning: Lengthy But Worth The Read: BEWARE OF SUPER THIEVES
Because I waited until the last minute to decide to attend the Chiefs VS Steelers, I had to stay at SUPER in Liberty, MO The stay was fine up until check out time on yesterday, October 16, I had rooms reserved under my nameRoom & Room Once I checked out, we drove miles down the road to Steak & Shake Upon checking out, I realized that I didn't have my debit / drivers license I realized that I Ieft my jeans that I wore the night before in the hotel I immediately drove back to the hotel ( miles) When I entered the hotel I was greeted by the manager I told him that I left SOMETHING in my room His response, "Oh yes, room 212, I will walk with you." (Remember I had rooms / how did he know which room I stayed in)He began speaking to the other Pakastanian in their languageAs we topped the stairs to the 2nd floor; he spoke in his language to the housekeeper The younger Pakastanian stated, "jeans"Like this I NEVER DID TELL ANYONE THAT I LEFT JEANSAs the manager walked in the room to the bed that I slept in; he got on his knees and stated, "See, no jeans here Its a board down hereYou had to have taken them." At that point I responded, basically saying, when I return with my brother, you better have stuff or we not leaving until we get my stuff When we arrived back at the hotel (all of this is within minutes of the trip) My brother let the manager and staff know, FIND my sister stuffAs he and my daughter left me in the lobby; I was contacting the Liberty, MO Police DeptI was informed that an officer will not be sent to the hotel and that I will need to file a report ONLINE By this time I am livid My debit card/jeans/license missing and I am being told that this theft of property will need to be submitted onlineAlso, to be told by the non-emergency dispatcher that my focus should be on contacting my financial institution (Which I had one of my family members holding with my bank) All while I am handling business, my other family members are dealing with the staff who seem to be dumb founded about my jeans missingWhile on the phone with my bank, (thank GOD for recorded calls); my daughter tells me to HANG UP THE PHONEI FOUND YOUR JEANS HIDDEN DOWNSTAIRS balled up Not only was it my jeans, but inside my pocket was my debit card / license Seeing that Liberty, MO Police Department will not assist me with this incident, I've decided to get the word out I contacted Super via Facebook Messenger I was told to contact customer care I contacted customer care and was told by the representative that they typically do not respond for about a week or so I informed the rep that someone had hours to contact me regarding the complaint or I will get the word out through all social media outlets I have NOT heard from Super nor have I heard from Wyndham So my suggestion to ALL my Facebook Friends/FamilyGet the word outWE WILL NOT PATRONIZE SUPER Please forward/share on your Facebook PagesLet's get the word out about these thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankful that I wasn't a VICTIM but someone else may not be

First off if I was wrong I wouldn't be pursing it this far, And it isn't about the money anymore,if they need it that bad they can keep it, but what does bother me is, The motel calling me a liarWhen in fact I am not a liar but a man of integrityand as a man of integrity I do the right thing when no one is lookingAll the motel has is assumptionThey don't have facts, and facts are, you seen me do itThen that's a factSo they can not say for a "fact" that we smoked in that roomSo if they want to challenge my integrity with assumption and not fact!!, then so be itAnd besides, The receipt I initialed said I would be charged for damages and there was no damage I don't know where this guy is going with saying I apologizedI didn't apologize to the motel but to the Revdex.com for putting them through such childish tit for tatAnd the motel in saying they wont take any apologizesI think this guy is smoking something cause I have no intention on apologizing because I did nothing wrongEven his police complaint has to be all fiction because like I said,I was the one requesting the police until I heard the clerk lie to police dispatch by saying I was out of controlAnd I seen the police respond and they went cars deepHer lies could of got me hurt and put in jailI'm years old and im not threatening anyone except for telling him im getting a attorneyMy threat is the Revdex.com is allAnd his comment, I made calls to the motelI have not made one phone call to the motelNot oneI have nothing to say to them except, I'll take half of my deposit back just to be done with it I don't know where to go from here but that's my proposalAnd by doing this im not admitting guilt by no means, I just want this to go away.

*** *** [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]The problem is that we were charged twice for one night at Super We originally made an advance reservation online through *** and paid for the night at that time using a credit cardWhen making this reservation we specifically mentioned we would be late, possibly arriving after midnightSee the attachment under Special RequestWhen we arrived the front desk person told us there was no reservation for us, even after checking our confirmation numberWe were then treated as though we had walked in off the street without a prior reservation and were charged a second time.We arrived at the hotel and stayed just as our reservation said we would, we never needed to or wanted to cancel our reservationIt's not our fault that Super 8's systems could not find our valid reservation and charged us a second timeAgain, we need to be refunded $which is what was paid in advance for the one night stayAs of now we have paid twice for the same night due to screw up in Super 8's systems.Sincerely,*** ***

MY CARD IS A DEBIT CARD and I have NOT cancelled itThe statement that I cancelled it is incorrectI have been using this card daily I need to have the money that was taken from the Super replaced as soon as possible Please I want the money placed back into my checking account or send me a check for the amount they have taken outI since had several charges because the money they took from my checking account was not expected and several subsequent withdrawls had insufficient funds in the account I had explaine dto my bank and they are also checking into the legalities of this company with drawing monies for services not recieved I need to make it clear that I did not know the money was in advance or non refundable until after I mad the reservationi was shocked to see this on the printed out recieptIf I knew it was like this I would have NOT reserved a room under those conditionsI will attempt to call back the business back on Monday July 13th and will request them to return to my account or have them mail me a check directly I would agree then that this complaint would be resolved

On December of 2014, I was driving thru Gillette Wyoming and stopped at Super Motel to get a night’s rest I hadn’t made a reservation, but a room was available The room was unsatisfactory in many MANY waysI did not…
-succeed in getting the key card to work at the first room I was given-use the TV in the second room(Nor did it did work.)
-use the bathroom-turn down the bed-get the heater to workI did however…
-check out about minutes after I arrived-get assurance there would be no charge on my credit card
-find a $charge on my credit card-speak to *** *** on January who assured me she would get back to me that PM (She did not.)
-speak to *** *** who assured me he would look into the situation and call me back He did so, asked me how often I often came thru Gillette, and when I told him it was once or twice a year, told me he would not be giving me a credit

Worst hotel ever! Front desk staff yelled at my family and they refused to work with us when we made a mistake in our reservationYes we made a mistake and they couldn't work with us any to rectify the situationI called within minutes of making a reservation to notify them of our error to try to resolve, but I was greeted with the most unprofessional employee and buisness

I moved out of Fox Club apartments on June 30th and was told I would receive an invoice (which I did on Aug9th, when it was originally printed off on July 24th), following the invoice I would receive the security check (which I have yet received) McKayla told me on June 30th when handing in my keys that it could take 30-days to receive the check, it is now going on monthsI have called and went into Fox Club apartments several times asking for the corporate phone number (and being refused the number saying they do not have a corporate line to call), I asked for the regional managers number (and being refused the number saying they do not give out personal numbers), I then asked well who do you call when you need to speak to some ASAP McKayla then tells me she emails, which I find that hard to believe when you need an answer immediately This has gone on for far too long and I am just getting the run around and not getting a proper answer

[We obviously realize that this is never going to be resolved this way. We have gone back and forth with *** and it is always the same response to everything. We hired her to do a job that was not done. Plain and simple as that. Any business would not keep the money that was given to them to do a job that wasn't done. That is all we have to say at this point

Since we moved into Fox Club Apartments we have had nothing but troubleEvery new season we either have no A/C or no heatWe even had a fire on November 4th and was told we needed out furnace replacedA week later I call to make sure the parts are coming, the office tells me everything is fixed and I should turn on the furnace that just set on fireI look in the closet everything still have fire extinguisher foam all over itNothing had been touchedI call back it is not days later no heat nothing has been fixed and I try to talk to the property manager and I get hung up onI have never experienced such horrible service from people in my lifeThey will lie to you about everythingDO NOT LIVE HEREit is cheap for a reason everything breaks and the people you have to work with are absolutely incompetentI actually went down to the office to complain about my heat issue and how I needed it fixed and I wanted to be there incase there was a problem I would turn off the unit and make sure all my belonging are okayI was told they would not do that and I should have renters insurance in case of a fire!!! That was not the point at all which I do have insurance but some things can not be replacedBEWAREI will be moving out as soon as my lease is up
