Our stay was for nightsWe are from Chicago and were there for a wedding The staff are very nice and respectfulHowever the room we stayed in was horribleTube t.vrarely worked, dirty shower curtain smelled of mold, VERY DUSTY EVERYWHEREAnd the shower [redacted] was so hard to turn room (208) my daughter actually hurt herself trying to turn itThere was a ring around the toilet that looked like it could not be scrubbed outThe tub was dirty (there is so much housekeeping can do) but I mean dirt that's been caked on for yearsIt doesn't seem any one stays there very much because the maintenance is horribleThere was a piece of cake from who knows when that was stuck between the bed and the night standI couldn't believe someone would call this a room for guestsWe couldn't breath in the swimming pool area as it as so humid and smelled strong of chlorine I asked for the manager several times and was told she would call me (Sonya never called me) We were told that a price adjustment would be made and nothing was ever discussed or even a call back about our issuesThis hotel needs to be cleaned of mold odor, dirt and dustIt also needs to modernize the TV for guests as the rates are too high for absolutely nothing

And the shower [redacted] was so hard to turn room (208) my daughter actually hurt herself trying to turn it. There was a ring around the toilet that looked like it could not be scrubbed out.
