Review: When we arrived the room had garbage behind furniture, dirt/grime on bathroom floor behind toilet and all edges, dust/dirt on all floor/wall edges, blankets on beds with see through areas. I asked the desk girl if she could have housekeeping clean room before we settled in, it was too late in the day but asked me to write a note and she would make sure housekeeping cleaned areas Saturday morning.

My wife and I returned Saturday evening and the garbage was still there, the dirt in corners, the dirt/grime on bathroom floor. And I even moved the furniture out from the walls so they could see it.

So I went to office and the same girl stated she left the note and personally told the desk person after her about the situation.

I would like a refund, in full. I have never had a Super 8 treat us like this before and I hope I never do again.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Have already spoken with the guest directly. Will be giving 50% disc

off of total stay. Guest was ok with that and very appreciative.

Review: The [redacted] website stated that this hotel had premium channels and hbo. The hotel didn't have any of this. We called [redacted] and spoke to desk clerk. Both blamed each other. I stayed two of the four nights I reserved and paid for because pat from [redacted] customer service said I would take a gamble if I left on 8/16 (we didn't realize we were not getting what we paid for till too late on 8/15 at night to leave) as to whether or not I would get my money back for the 16th and the manager didn't get back to us till late on the 16th. Their sign said that we needed to let them know If we were checkingout by 4 pm. the manager didn t get back to us about us getting a refund if we left on the sixteenth till after 4 pm and then the message we received from the desk clerk, speaking for the manager was that it was not their fault. that it was hotel.coms fault and that he would not return our money. this is why we stayed the second night. I checked out on the 17th and [redacted] charged my credit card for 4 nights, 8/15-8/19 we stayed 8/16 & 8/16. I told both the desk clerk as well as [redacted] that I expected my money back for the two nights they charged to my credit card that I didnt stay due to false advertising as well as a discount for the two days I did stay and paid to have premium channels and hbo and didnt get it.Desired Settlement: $160.40 for the two nights I didn't stay 8/17 &8/18 plus tax charged and $40 for the two nights I stayed because I felt I had no choice because of their false advertising without the premium channels that were included in the price they charged me.

Guest booked room thru 3rd party off their website. Super8 website does not show we have any of channels guest

referring to. Our site shows t.v nothing about hbo/ satelitte. Guest did not call property direct to check. Yes property

does feel not our fault as we did not make reservation. If 3rdparty false advertising how could be fault of property direct?

Spoke with guest while still here on property. Also spoke with 3rdparty let them know guest would be leaving 2 days early.

Owner has policy here on property and since felt not fault of his guest was told would be charged for 2cnd night. Guest chose to

stay and leave next day. We do not have guest money. 3rdparty was told and should of refunded the guest for the 2 days as told

property that they would on 8.16.13. Property will call 3rdparty to check on this. No more refunds will be given only the 2 days.

3rdparty heard from property 8.16.13 and they called us back to check some days later. And was told 2 day charge only rest ok to refund

So not sure why that was not done. Guest should be calling 3rdparty as property only knows guest name we do not have any of her info

or credit card info.
