hallway stayed there for 5 minutes but did not find any one creating noise or banging doors. She called again after sometime and complained again I told her that we did not find anyone causing disturbance. She got upset told me that this place is a brothel. I told her that if this is a brothel then why you are even staying here. Please go to some other hotel and I will give you a full refund. She responded that she will not leave and called police that we are asking her to leave. The police came and I told the officer that we want her to leave as she seemed to be intoxicated and we will give her a full refund and that she can go to some other place. The officer went to her room to talk to her and then came back. He told me that she is so intoxicated that she is not in a position to leave. She is apologizing for her attitude and I would let her stay. I being considerate agreed. After this we never heard from her again. She never checked out with the front desk and we have no idea when she left. Now through this complaint I am learning about the bed bugs. She never complained to us about it. No one staying in this room before or after her has complained of bed bugs and as such I do not agree with her. We were very nice to accept her apology and let her stay and there is no merit to her complaint. She was highly intoxicated (as per police report) and in my best judgment at that time she did not understand what was going on. We will not make any refunds as we did not do anything wrong. I am attaching police report here for the record.
