I have received the letter regarding [redacted] statement, I respect her opinion, but I disagree with her It is true that somebody came to complain about the balloon, it is true as well that it had a hole, it was ripped about half of inch from it was tiedThe customer was complaining that it was like that when we sold it, there is no way that we would have been able to inflate it if it was like thatWe showed her that it would not inflate with that hole, that was when she started complaining that it was an old balloon and that caused the hole, because at the beginning she was saying that the balloon was like that when she first bought itRegarding the involving of the police, it is true I called the sheriff because the customer began recording inside the storeI told her that she could not record anything inside it, that she could record all she wants outside, she kept recording that's what I called the sheriffI did not file the report because by the time the sheriff arrived the customer has left I showed the customer in my surveillance system that the sheriff cameI have as well a video of the customer leaving the store with the balloons in perfect conditions when she bought them
