Super Asphalt was contracted to remove my old driveway and install a new one. The contract was specific as to what materials were to be used. The job was substandard at best and is already showing signs of deterioration after only three weeks. I have contacted them multiple times and they have scheduled several times to come over but have never showed. They offered by email to come and rectify the problem and I agreed. Since then they will no longer respond to my emails nor my phone calls. I am 67 and this was to be the last time we had to endure this expense but this driveway will not last. At this point I don't see any alternative but to incur the additional cost of heaving to file suit.

Repair They offered to come and put a finish coat of asphalt to try and rectify the problem. I want them to honor their word.
