It does not state the size of his tire so at this time it was unclear exactly how he was getting the 14” of ground clearance, which can be obtained by a larger tire size, in which he would not get drastic angles on his axles, which is where the problems occurredMr*** contacted me about the problems he was having about months after his initial purchase, and we covered the problems under standard warranty policies, and also explained to him how to keep the same issues from reoccurringMr*** was unwilling to make the slight changes on the machine to lessen the axle angles in turn resolving the issueHe then also became very rude and continued to slander SuperATV via social media

Regards,
[redacted]  The tires I'm running are 28'' but actully measure 261/2'' from ground to top of tire. The bottom line is that when I ordered these axles they said they would work at 14'' of clearance, and the second time out they broke. they advertise these axles at a 32 to 38 degree angle and mine are at 36 degrees and broke. Superatv is putting false information into the consumers just to sell a product that fails. So as far as me slamming them on social media is not true I'm just stating the facts before superatv kills someone by miss informing the consumer on this product. just so they can make a quick buck. These machines have a lot of power and if someone is traveling @ 55 or 60 mph and there axles break because they missed informed the consumer that they will work. I have all the information they sent and were they changed there information on my phone. when I return home I will download this to my computer so I can submit it to you. I feel that I will be reporting this to the Attorney Generals Office also so there will be a record of it If someone gets seriosly injured or killed. Also superatv does have very good products and I to this day have there stickers on both my machines for there advertiseing.Only thing is the false information about the axles I am upset about. Customer returned product for exchange but it was used and could not be restocked.  The Return Policy states: For a full exchange the item must be in unused (no evidence of missing hardware...

or installation) condition.
Returning an item does not imply a replacement on an item. Product was sent back to customer since he wouldn’t accept offer of partial exchange credit. Customer had kit for 81 days prior to sending back. Customer has not stated having any issues with the product or any documented problems. We provided him with $329.90 worth of free product which was more than customer paid to ship his product.  We did this even as the return policy states that Customers are responsible for all shipping on returned items and the original purchase was sent without shipping charges. Customer did not contact SuperATV prior to sending in product for any assistance or guidance.  Customer sent in product and expected a full exchange and/or refund.

Spoke with customer on 8-16-16. We sent the customer a return shipping label and refunded the amount for the wheels all except for the $40 for the labels. We also sent the customer a $75.00 GC to compensate for the restocking fee for the customer. Customer was 100% happy with this resolution.Spoke...
