Super Auto Sales

My dad purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer a week later he's been experiencing problems with the water pump and timing belt. They refuse to refund the money that has already been paid. The only thing offered was to fix the car, but my dad would have to pay for parts and labor. Someone help me make sense of this?! We will be going to court and filing a complaint. How can a company do business this way? stealing money from the vulnerable individuals who work hard every day to make a living. BUYERS BEWARE!
