Beware and watch the money being deducted from your account carefully The staff lied and said we could switch days, charged us for the days we switched and for the ones my son's never went in for care The scheduler never once replied back to my husband's emails clarifying he couldn't switch days, but instead Would reply back saying ok Besides the switch days (they charged as additional days) plus the days my children didn't go in for since we thought they had switched the days, I was still overcharged by days for no reason When they decided to deduct 800+ dollars from my checking acct, I asked them what days I was being charged for and it took a week to figure it out Sorry, but if a business is deducting money from my checking acct, they should know exactly what they are charging for The owner wasvunprofessional and was not apologetic about their errors and when she wrote my refund check, I mistakenly told her a refund amt that was short by dollar or 2, and she put in the comments section "amt stated by customer" or something to an immature response She knew I was off but instead of giving me the correct amt, poked fun at the situation Shows real class there The front desk lady called my husband asking if he would want to go to a baseball game, so my husband stated he would switch his work day and my son's care day so they both could go, come to find it they charged us for the baseball game day and the day my son switched for and didn't go in The lady then lied when all of this was trying to be figured out and said she told him there was no switching and there would be an extra day added Are you kidding me? You mean, we willing agreed to pay for days of care so that my husband could accompany your daycare and my son to a kingfish game?! What a joke!
