Today is Wednesdays 9/14/an I still haven't received the title from MrPrabhtej C*** this is his real name that I got from the Virginia Dealer BoardI have text messages were this man has continually lied about sending the title and bill of sales, going back to 8/17/

Revdex.com spoke with Taj from the business. There was an internal issue with tags and titles but this has been addressed and this situation should be resolved the tags have been sent to him and the title to DMV.

He has given me a letter to register the vehicle in my name but still nothing to show ownership of the vehicle. Revdex.com spoke with Taj from the business. There was an internal issue with tags and titles but this has been addressed and this situation should be resolved by Monday when the title arrives.

Review: On May 17, 2016, I entered into an agreement to purchase a [redacted] from SuperAutoVA, contingent on the vehicle successfully passing Emission and State Vehicle inspections, repairing the brakes because the ABS warning light was illuminated and the replacement of the trunk gasket because water was leaking into the trunk. The contract sales price was $3,995 plus a $399 processing fee. I paid $4,300 in cash with a balance of $94 owed. The Salesman Taj S[redacted], signed the sales agreement as Prabhtej C[redacted]. In addition to the sales agreement, Taj S[redacted] signed a seperate agreement listing the items that needed to be fixed on the car: Emission, State Inspection, Break Issue (sic), and Rubber piece. Singh promised that the car would be ready by Thursday May 19, 2016. On May 19, 2016, I called Singh to determine whether the car was ready. Singh replied that the car was with the mechanic and that the mechanic would notify Singh when the car was ready. By 5:00 p.m., I had not heard from Singh so I attempted to call again, but he failed to answer. At 6:00 p.m. I went to the business and asked for Singh. A female employee stated he was not there and asked to help. I advised that I was promised that the car I agreed to purchase would be ready. She contacted Singh by phone and he relayed that all the repairs had been made. I asked for the key to the car to verify the repairs had been made. She responded that the Singh had the key and was on his way. When Singh arrived he stated that all the repairs were done except the vehicle inspection. I again asked for the key to inspect the car, to which he responded that another employee had the key. I requested a refund of my money, and Singh agreed to provide the car the following day at 12:30 with all repairs made or pay a full refund. The following day the vehicle was still not repaired and Singh refused to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to refund my $4,300. I am not interested in having the repairs made and completing the sale, because Singh admitted that they tried to repair the trunk gasket with something from a salvage yard and Singh's repeated assertions that the repairs were made can not be trusted.
