To whom it may concern: We sent a check out on 5/5/for the amount of ten dollars My driver made a mistake when he was adding up the total for the dumpsterThis check has never been deposited or cashed Then a few days later he called about the street permitIt is true that the city charges me $for the permit, we charge $dollars to pull the permit because: we assume all the potential risks of placing it on the street A dumpster is delivered on the street before the city grants or denies a street use permitThis is because we try to place the dumpster on private property (driveway, yard)Once the truck is on location and the street is the only location then we have to assume all risks in setting it down because at that point no street permit has been issued and we have to apply for itUnfortunately in Minneapolis the only way to apply for street use permit is snail mail or to drive to [redacted] And due to this 3-day delay on mail getting from our office to the permit office we can be fined Also the city only allows the dumpster company to pull the permit and only fines the dumpster company for any violations(Homeowner has no involvement) As far as being able to pull permits we areWe are licensed in Hennepin county and the city of Minneapolis Thanks Roy [redacted] VP Super Bee Disposal

I am rejecting this response because: Super Bee is retaliating to us bringing our concerns with the business to Revdex.com by threatening us with a fineI called the business the day of the incident to discuss the matter, however, they were unwilling to discuss our concerns and continued to scream, making unreasonable claimsSince Super Bee is bringing up the seventh day pilanguage in the fine print of the invoice, I would also like to bring up the circumstances in which Super Bee may fine are not applicable in this casePer their response, the load was not above height or weight limit, did not contain appliance, TV, computer monitors, concrete, hazardous waster or mattress/box springsThreatening customers is a poor way of going about managing once businessDespite them picking up the dumpster without notice, if Roy would have been open to listen to our concerns the day we spoke and not been rude we most likely would not have escalated our experience

This is a classic case of not following the rules, then getting upset when it doesn't go your way. The driver my father delivered the dumpster and talked with your husband told him that he could only put dirt/rock (says that on your invoice under material type.) No brush, plastic, wood, brick just dirt and rock. The reason you are getting another bill is because you did not follow the rules dirt/rock. Because it had contaminates in it we could not bring it to the dirt place, or the dump because it had brush in it. We had to dump your load in our yard hand pick out all the plastic, wood, brick, and brush, then reload it and send it on its way to the proper disposal sites. That is why you are getting another bill. ThanksRoy ***

This customer received there dumpster on 7/and it was picked up on 7/20, daysThe rental period for all dumpster is days, we have this posted on our web site, tell customers with price quotes that it is for days, driver goes over it on delivery, and it is stated in there signed
contract. ( Can provide on request). Further more the customer violated the use of the dumpster by placing items that are not permitted in a dirt/rock dumpsterThey placed plastic, wood, brush, and brick in the dumpster after being instructed that those items could not be mixed in a rock and dirt dumpsterSo this customer will be receiving a fine from us.ThanksRoy ***

I called the business the day of the incident to discuss the matter, however, they were unwilling to discuss our concerns and continued to scream, making unreasonable claims. Since Super Bee is bringing up the seventh day pick-up language in the fine print of the invoice, I would also like to bring up the circumstances in which Super Bee may fine are not applicable in this case. cashed.  Then a few days later he called about the street permit. It is true that the city charges me $80.90 for the permit, we charge $95 dollars to pull the permit because: we assume all the potential risks of placing it on the street.  A dumpster is delivered on the street before the city grants or denies a street use permit. This is because we try to place the dumpster on private property (driveway, yard). Once the truck is on location and the street is the only location then we have to assume all risks in setting it down because at that point no street permit has been issued and we have to apply for it. Unfortunately in Minneapolis the only way to apply for street use permit is snail mail or to drive to [redacted] And due to this 3-5 day delay on mail getting from our office to the permit office we can be fined.  Also the city only allows the dumpster company to pull the permit and only fines the dumpster company for any violations. I am rejecting this response because:
Here is where I got the list of licensed companies and rules about street use permits. Permits can be applied for on line. Permits take 36 hours for processing. If Superbee was licensed they would already know this. Still looking for a refund total of $105. If they would have just sent the $10 check I never would have discovered the fraudulent permit charge. I have provided 3 attachments of proof that my version is the truth. http://www.minneapolismn.gov/mdr/streetusepermits/index.htm http://apps.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/PIApp/InspectionPermitsRpt.aspx?pid=21028243201... http://www.minneapolismn.gov/www/groups/public/@regservices/documents/webcontent...
