Well pump went out at my house I contacted Solutions Mechanical to come out and repair They said I also need new pressure tank, not one but two pressure tanks( I previously only had 1) They did the work and charged me $for a 3/8gpm pump and fiberglass well mate pressure tanks Once this was completed I was told the well needed to be packed with rubber and the casing length determinedNo estimate on cost given After a month of waiting to get an answer, it turns out they didn't have the equipment to proceed with the job and I was encouraged to reach out to another company WHen I did, I found out the additional work wasn't needed, the two pressure tanks were not needed and the cost for the same work from the other company would have been $Solutions charge for pump $2750, other company $800, solutions charge for tanks $1500, other company $ Also checked on line and found them cheaper as well I reached out to solutions twice trying to determine the reaso

Solutions Mechanical installed a new HVAC system August 3, From the completion of installation, to this date, the system has not operated properly and now has leaks at the pipe connectionsThere was no cooling initially, improper freon amounts, a gas leak, just to name a fewIn the first four months there were a minimum of calls to correct poor installation and units not operating properlyI contacted another local HVAC company to evaluate the situationThey gave me a written evaluation of what was required to fix the inadequate installation, and what remedies were necessaryAlthough Solutions Mechanical made adjustments, it's now months later and I still have a malfunctioning systemI am beyond frustrated

After having a new HVAC system installed by a inapt technician who improperly wired the unit initially and became irate with me over the phone when he was asked to fix it, I call Solutions Mechanical and promptly was given an appointment Chris arrived and promptly found a wiring issue and reprogrammed my thermostat correctly I did have to call back minutes after the technician left because the fan was running but the condenser was not coming onTherefore, degree air was blowing inside my house Chris called me back, told me he would speak with his manager, then he returned to recheck the system He quickly diagnose and fixed the issue He also apologized profusely for his oversight He also documented the original installation errors and said I would receive an email with the documentation I am still waiting on the receipt via email so I can address the issues with the installer (my only complaint thus far) Several hours later the Service Manager called me to check on the system and my satisfaction This company came recommended by a co-worker who has used them several times and was treated professionally and promptly, as well I will use them again when needed
