Per customer's order and our invoice, customer ordered wrong size item, we did not ship wrong item.
Customer ordered: BZXXXXX - Beyza Tan BROOKS TRAVELLER Wallet Size 1
Item was listed in the iPhone 5 category and was NOT listed in the iPhone...

6/6S category. This is what was ordered and this is what we had shipped to customer.
Per our policy return shipping cost is customer's responsibility when customer ordered wrong item. Customer did not pay anything for shipping to him, the order was with free shipping. We have already received customer's item back and issued full refund of the original purchase price back to the credit card account on 11/10/15. No other refunds are due.

I did not order wrong item. They sent wrong case once before. Why would I order a case for a phone I do not have?
They do not want to own up to their mistake and it is costing me.

This conversation keeps going in circles. Yes, when we sent you incorrect order in August, we have covered all expenses for returning incorrect case back to us and you did not want to wait at that time for us to send you the correct one.
And again the item you ordered in August on order # XXXXXX was sku: BZ05106 (iPhone 6/6S case). However, on your last order # XXXXXX you ordered a Different item sku: BZ03386 (iPhone 5/5S case). I am not trying to make up any information, you may check your email confirmations and receipts. You placed the order for incorrect case, we have shipped what was ordered, and that is the reason we were not able to refund you return shipping costs. With the discount offer I suggested, the savings would more than cover the return shipping cost you paid. Since you are declining this offer, consider this matter closed, there is not much more I can do. I will be copying all this information to Revdex.com to close out their request.
