I am rejecting this response because: bottom line is whatever they did or did not do resulted my truck to be in the shop due to my engine seizing up because there was no oil in it and after having a oil change within the days there's no reason why my truck had no oil in it my job is not even minutes from my home so and I'm not a heavy driver so therefore I wouldn't need a oil change that fast I could even provide proof from the dealer stating what was the cause of my check engine light coming on and my vehicle shutting offThe fact that the oil change manager claim he wasn't aware goes to show the characters of this company employees because I spoke with him nuremous times as well as my husband because he's been a customer with them actually he was the one who advise me to contact my insurance company to file a claim which in order to get in touch with there company insurance company which I thought was pretty stupid and didn't make any since because my car wasn't involved in a accident which I have proof from my insurance company denying the claim since it wasn't involved in any automobile accident
I jus want them to accept the wrong doing and pay for the damages that was occurred due to this oil change.

I have reviewed the statement made by the vehicle owner.  I have spoken to my oil change manager and he informed me that he does not have any recollection about this issue.  That is not to say that said customer did not call.    I did notice that based on the statement made by...

the customer that she was in on January 11th, 2015 and had an issue with the vehicle on February 27th, 2015.  More than one month passed without an issue or incident.  The vehicle did not encounter a problem until the 32nd day since the original service at our site.  I would venture to say that the oil plug was put in and not forgotten, as that would have the car spilling oil inside our own facility well before the customer would even have a chance to leave.  Once a customer leaves, we do not monitor how and where they drive their vehicle or who for that matter. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for this matter seeing it occurred 32 days after the original visit.
