Good Afternoon After several isuues on this client , she did purchase the unit on the date 06/10/15. After test driving she plaace issues on the WE OWE as Revdex.com is familiar with our policies. Attached is the invoices on which we have resolvre he issues on the date of 06/15/15. 5 Days after...

purchased unit was repaired per WE OWE on invoce [redacted] We provided an appointment for the 25th for the remainder as 1-58-528  on 06/25/15 completing the WE OWE. TOday Client came in today 06/26/15 for shaking , in which as you can see was not in WE OWE, spending over 1100.00 on parts that we not in contract or did not mentioned ,So as a courtesy there will be not charge to her.However, Client did signed the contract but yet did not show up for the closing (To review and explain the contract nor clienet has provided the proof of full coverage as stated on the contract as you can see the company has gone all out of the way to resolve this issue. CLient needs to come in for closing & bring the proof of full coverage for the vehicle as contract. Once this 1100.00 to cover tierods and alingment that was not under the WE OWE will be provided as a courtesy, this will complete all her complaints and more. She is not familiar with case since she did not show for the closing. I would like to extend our apologies regards to the issues occurring to your issues in the vehicle. But according to the contract signed and excepted it clearly states our policies and procedures that all clients must go through for the repairs. to be rescheduled for another date and according to the we owe documents you have 30 days from the date of purchase to accommodate yourself to have your vehicle repaired accordingly. If the policies and procedures and I'll follow through and the behalf of the client we have the right to refuse services due to the late arrival between 8 AM and 9:30 AM only for all appointments. Furthermore, if the document named we owe it's not accommodated in your behalf and it will not be our fault that the client will not be able to make it it will long be void.  I will extend my sincere apologies but we will have to follow policies and procedures per documentation.however doing a final interview and everything is explained by the underwriter how everything works for the 24 to 48 hours diagnostics and no promises for loaners , unless it's qualifiable by having motor block problems transmission bell problems or air compressor problems as stated on the contract engine transmission and ac.Please review all documentation was provided by the underwriter on the date of sale of your vehicle and you will encounter all your questions and answers on those documents what covers and what does not covered under the warranty.ThanksCorporate office Alegria Auto Sales

We asked the client per contract to please send a written addressed letter to the dealer with in 10 days prior to payment to remove any credit cards from the system. Please review the contract signed by [redacted]. No form of documents was ever received to remove any info from client.Thank you Alegria Auto
