July 6, 2015To whom it may concern, My name is Thong - Que T***, the owner of the laundromat This is what happened on 6- [redacted] stop by drop off the comforter for me to wash & I'm the only who touch her comforter and get the job done After hours I call her & let her know that her comforter is done & she can come back pick up an hour later, she come pick up & paid, every is fine, then days later I received a call from her said she want her refund back & [unreadable] because the filter inside her comforter is missing She claimed somebody open & took it & sew back, when talking to her I'm on the speaker phone & try to explained to her that we never do something like that to our customer, we done a lot of wash & fold & never had any complained at all but she not listening and keep asking for her refund back & I'm trying to tell her I only made about $when doing the job for her because the washing cost $for the slots machine & the dryers cost $something but she keep repeat & repeat wanted her refund back or will report so I have to hung up & send her a long message with apology that I have to hung up on her because keep going on next that going to solved anythingAll I want said is my business is small & my daily customers is local I'm not going to do something is not work to ruined our reputation, my health is not good to get the outside job that's why I work for myself & I can't afford to hire anyone to help Since I take over my business all my customers is very happy with my services I gave customers free drying on weekday anytime someone compliant about machines not good I gave the refund back no question ask Wash & fold customers never had any complaint about missing something and this is sound it's imposible happened open the comforter took the filter inside & sewed back My place had camera record 24h & I really want to prove that we not doing this to our customer because it's not worth it That's simpleThank you,
