Cleaned up, was polite, skilled, has good tools, wait till you see how Victor enhanced his truck...pipe holder bracket on the bumper...I thought..here is a guy who is always trying to do better...very good servicePlan on re hire in spring, no question

Hello,I have never had any issues with any repairs or roofing jobs i've done to dateI did the repair as requested by customer, I advised him I had to remove the siding to install the roofing roll of underlayment behind the siding, I put it back to the best I can and make it look like it was
originallyThe leak is not coming from where I did the repair,The whole house has layers, where I did the repair I took everything off down to the plywood and installed all new material, where the leak is coming from its coming from the valleys,& flashing, but not here I did the repair, I explained to the customer that it has layers of shingles and would need a new roof, I also did not give the customer a year guarantee which I have nothing in writingAnd I answer all calls, I did respond to his call but he wants me to install new siding on the house to make it look brand new, which I will not do as what he paid for was done.Thank YouVictor

I am rejecting this response because: The leak that I hired and paid Super Deal Roofing to fix was NOT fixedI never told Victor at any time what to do, how to do it or where to do itWhen he came to my house he examined the water damaged ceiling and roofHe, as the licensed and experienced roofer determined what and where the problem was and how to repair it. Now, he says the leak is coming from the the valley's and flashingWhy didn't he repair that instead of the area he did work to, which isn't the source of the leak. I have photos to show the poor workmanship done when he replaced the siding and the original written, dated and signed year guarantee. Also, the "100% Customer Satisfaction" statement used in his is advertisement is not valid any more and shouldn't be used

We went on top of the roof, we stepped on soft spots of plywood on the flat roof about 3ft x 6ft, surrounded by walls which included windowWe stripped down and replaced the plywood of the section because the wrong material was installed by someone else, we installed a rolled roof which doesnt use nailsOn top of this is a valley over the small roof and nails were popping out on the old existing roofWe dont know how the installation was on the original roofs, as soon as I saw the nails popping I advised the homeowner that he would need a new roof, we fixed section but we dont know 100% were the leaks are coming from, thats why the guarantee is not the same as replacing and installing a new roof as to just a repairA stripped roof ( me installing all new material and removing the old layers) is 100% guaranteed, then we determine where the leak is coming from as we can see the whole roof deck and see where the issue is coming from and we would then replace any rotted plywood and install ice water protection, flashing, new boot pipes; 99% of the job is preparation of the roof I went after a year to check and the nails are popping worse Due to the lack of the roof due to being so old it is hard to determine where leaks are coming fromI have never had a complaint from any of my customers in all the years ive been doing roofs, and repairsAs all my customers are advised that any repair job is not 100% guaranteed especially if there is more than layer, and existing roof has issuesUnfortunately there is nothing else I can do to help as I advised numerous times that a new roof is needed. Review: Contractor was hired to repair roof leaks on the roof of my residence. Leaks not fixed and replacement of siding and trim reflects poor workmanship. Contractor does not return multiple phone calls and will not honor his written 2 year guarantee.Desired Settlement: Contractor to correct the problem [roof leaks] as promised. Correct poor workmanship when replacing the siding an trim. Honor the 2 year written guarantee.
