Review: would like to make a complain about Super deal sales and Services. I contacted Super deal sale regarding servicing my Hitachi TV 57 in model# 57F500 Serial# [redacted] .The super sales representative came on 11/**/2013 to services the TV he stated that the lenses were faulty and needed to be changed. The representative stated that he changed the lenses. We paid a total of $400 for the services render.The TV is currently showing the same as it was before it was service by Super deal and services. We have made several calls to Super Deal sales & services requesting that someone to be sent out to follow up. We were told several times that someone would be sent however no one has been out to service the TV. We spend a lot of money we need serviceDesired Settlement: I would like someone from Super deal & sales to Service and TV or provide a reason why the TV is not showing after the lenses was change, or my money back

The super sales representative com on 11/**/2012 to service the TV he stated that lenses were faulty and needed to be changed. The representative stated he changed the lenses. We paid a total of $400 for the services render.The TV is currently showing the same as it was before it was service by Super deal and services. We have several calls to Super Deal & Services requesting that someone to be sent out to follow up. We were told several times that someone would be sent however no one has been out to service the TV as yetDesired Settlement: I would like someone to come out and service the TV and provide the services we already paid for.

Review: I GAVE THEM MY VACUUM FOR A REPAIR. IT WAS IN WORKING CONDITION, BUT THE SUCTION WAS VERY LOW.THEY CHARGED ME 150$ FOR EVERYTHING AND THE VACUUM IS STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION AS I SEND.VACUUM WORKS IN THE WATER, THE MOTOR WORKS FINE, LIKE IT USED TO WORK BEFORE, BUT SUCTION IS BAD. LAST TIME I SEND BACK THE VACUUM WITH WARRANTY, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL TEST IT AND CALL ME BACK WITHIN TWO-THREE DAYS. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS NOW, STILL DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. FIRST TIME I GAVE THIS VACUUM FOR REPAIR TO THEM, IT WAS IN SEPTEMBER 2012. BY THIS TIME I'VE ALREADY GOT A NEW VACUUM, SO I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD SETTLE FOR EITHER , GETTING FULL REFUND (150$) OR 100$ REFUND AND THEY CAN KEEP THE VACUUM TO THEMSELVES, THE COST OF VACUUM IS 800$.THANK YOU , LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU.
