she cancel and we picked up the merchandise and we did not charge here the 25% restocking feethe refund is throw the financing company.not with us all we charge here is the delivery which is not refundable

I need to see the original invoice, and if its a finance its nothing to do with us its between them and the finance company, but have here send the invoice then we go from there.
After I filed the complaint yesterday I went and looked at the bunk bed again. I noticed none of the screws from under where the mattress sits are screwed into the bed on the bottom bunk. None of the wood boards are screwed in. They are just sitting on the frame.

A refund of $65 not $650
I purchased a bed from Super Dollar Buster, within a week or 2 the slacks on the bed broke. When I purchased the bed I went with intentions on not having to buy a bed for another two years. If I pay $500 for a twin bunk bed I expect quality. The bed should be able to hold a toddler or an...

This could have been the top bunk that broke and my other daughter could have been laying at the bottom she could have been really been hurt.When I called the store and explained what happened. Instead of coming with a solution it was nothing but different reasons on how its my fault. First he said the bed was not put together properly, when I told him one of his workers put the bed together he said the mattress i'm using is not the incorrect mattress stated I needed a bigger mattress. At this point i'm scared to allow my daughters to even sleep in the bed. due to how flimsy the wood slacks are on the bed. I just want super dollar buster to return my money or replace the bed with what my money's worth.
