The older asian man at the counter was extremly rudeI was searching in my wallet for my ticket when picking up the bedspread He actually reached across the counter, stuck his hand in my wallet and pulled out a coupon that I had for CVS! I said, "exuse me " and there as a grunt from his mouthThe bedspread was not pressed wellMany wrinkles and the stains were not removedWhen I got it home on back on the bed , I rubbed the stain with soap and water from a washcloth and it came outI was hoping for a cleaner look from a drycleaner which is why I brought it there. It was a total waste of moneyIn additon, if you want to have items altered, you should look at the tailors deskAll clothes were bunched up in *** all over the counter in a disarrayObviously they do not respect others property

Review: This business is owned by a Chinese family who do not speak very clearly and some don't speak English. I have been a long term customer of the business - in fact, since they opened for business. 12/22/13 I took a number of shirts and an article of clothing that needed a new zipper. The young woman who does alterations gave me a price of $12 to repair, she confirmed in her native language to her mother or relative, who was on the register. I rec'd a stub for pickup which did not list the breakdown of prices. I was advised that articles and shirts could be picked up on 12/23/13; I picked up the articles on 12/23, and paid with credit card. Over the weekend the article with the repaired zipper, was discussed, when it was pointed out that the area that had jammed the zipper, would jam again, it was not a new zipper, as I understood it would be. Today 12/30/13 sometime after 9 am, I took the article back to Super Dry Cleaners showing my dissatisfaction to another worker and a man, later learned to be the owner, took over the discussion. As I showed him what I believed to be the defective area on the zipper and stated the $12 price, he began to call me a liar. There was one other man in the cleaners picking up his articles. The owner again called me a liar stating first that the cost was $10, then he tried to find the cost on the computer, trying to show me, but he never found. Then he started getting louder with me telling me that to repair the article with a new zipper would cost $25, a conversation never held before. Then he wanted me to return to the store later to talk to the young lady who did the work. I advised that I could not return later and that I would know longer do business with his store. He lost his temper and told me that he didn't need my business and to get out. I left, taking a 2014 calendar.Desired Settlement: I would like a clearer explanation of the transaction that took place. Was the zipper replaced with a new zipper or just put back on the zipper track.? Can it be re-repaired so that it will not jam in the same area as before?

The owner owes me an extensive apology - he was totally out of line. The owner needs lessons on how to deal with customers. He appears to have problems with resolving disputes or is it due to my racial ethenticity? My household has spent a lot of money over the years supporting Super Dry Cleaners and I expect better treatment.
