Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I had a loan from Rural Development for the roof When the job was done the lady from the agency came out and looked at the roof from the ground No one got up on the roof to look at it and you wouldn't know about the holes because they were under the shingles I found out about the problems because water was leaking and someone looked in a cubby in the attic and found the holes He was supposed to put in vents but he couldn't so he just left the holes and covered them with shingles Now that all the shingles are off they found the two vent holes and holes around the chimney They said Super Duty did a very bad job The people who operate the lumber yard here in town said Super Duty is so bad they won't do business with him anymore
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/10/01) */
The homeowner has never addressed concerns or complaints before this noticeI did drive by house & took picturesHomeowner has since had roof redone by an unlicensed personI have no way to validate any of homeowner's claims about my work performedI am licensed with the stateI know and follow all codes
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2015/10/12) */

I made complaints in the past I contacted the USDA office where I got the loan for the roof and they contacted Super Duty Super Duty came out and he had a man go up on the roof and look around He was kicking at something that sounded loose and then they left without fixing anything Other times USDA tried to call Super Duty Roofing but they would not answer the phone I don't know what sense it makes to drive by and take some pictures You can't see the holes in the roof from the street Yes I did finally have to have the roof done over and the company that did the work was approved by the USDA and was highly recommended
