Stay away from this place at all costs! Total scam.

Last week, I went in because I bought a Groupon for NC auto inspections. I took my car in and they told me that I failed and that in order to pass ** would cost over $1,000. My car had just recently been serviced by my usual mechanic and they said everything looked good, so I was suspicous and told Super Eagle I didn't have time to do the repairs that day.

Today I took my car to my usual mechanic that I've used and trusted for over 20 years. I gave them the failed inspection report, along with the bill of what needed to be fixed. They called me back today and said that nothing was wrong with my car and that it passed [redacted]

Super Eagle Auto Care is luring people in with a Groupon and leading them to believe that they have to have unnecessary repairs. Not to mention their customer service was deplorable. The older woman with the silver bob sat at the front desk was so incredibly rude.

Only go here if you need your wallet emptied.
