When it comes to these matters we put ourselves completely at the customer’s disposalRest assured that if and upon a full and thorough investigation through MovingClaims.net (Company Claims Processing Agent) we can validate that the customer’s claims/complaints against the company are in fact true and accurate, the company will compensate the customer in accordance to their coverage and will ensure a fair resolution to their issues
As per Revdex.com terms and regulations, we respectfully request that the customer submit copies of the contracts they have received from the company, they allegedly have had transactions with to determine and validate the company he is attempting to file his complaint againstThus will ensure a fair investigation for both the customer as well as the company
Please provide the following supportive Documents to your complaint (FRONT AND BACK):
ü Bill of Lading (contract)
ü Order for Service
ü Household Goods Descriptive Inventory (both pickup and final delivery copies)
ü Proof of any financial transaction made with the Service Provider (receipt, bank statement, etc.)
Be sure to present copies of any moving documents that may include written notations of damages, loss or and delays that were made by you at time of delivery (be sure to highlight such notations)
We urge the customer to submit additional information as soon as possible so that we may address his/her issuesAs we will not be able to validate nor investigate this matter any further until the requested documentation is rendered

Review: Household goods have not been delivered as of March **, 2014. I was told the driver spoke to someone at the phone number given in [redacted] and was told that I am not ready to take delivery. So the driver left the area. No such conversation took place. I was also told it will now be a couple of weeks before I receive my delivery. I suggested the drive be called and told to make the delivery to the address given in [redacted] as soon as possible. I was told I could not be given any further information until Monday. Could the Revdex.com contact The Moving Doctor and tell them a complaint has been filed and what is The Moving Doctor going to do to immediately resolve the issue of the un-delivered goods. The goods were picked up at my old address in New York on February ** and I was told it would take a maximum of 30 days to deliver to [redacted]. Could the Revdex.com get back to me as soon as possible about my complaint. Thank you. Nobody from The Moving Doctor has ever contacted me. If what I was told is true, wouldn't someone had followed up and talked to me about my not being ready and when a delivery would be made. I am convinced I was told an un-true story and the truth has yet to come out as to why my household goods have not been delivered yet. Again, please contact The Moving Doctor and myself as soon as possible. My number in [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the driver to be contacted and to deliver my household goods as soon as possible. If the driver is not told until Monday and is driving in the opposite direction that would simply make it take longer. The correction should be made immediately and the household goods delivered as soon as possible. I would like to be contacted by the Revdex.com and The Moving Doctor as to how and when this will be resolved.

We have reviewed this complaint thoroughly. [redacted] was in contact with our office and spoke to five different employees, including the driver on separate occasions.

One day before the original confirmed delivery date [redacted] informed three of our employees that he was not ready for delivery at the original delivery address we had on file. We were forced to reroute our driver in order to maintain our trip schedule. The following week, we received from [redacted] a new address and a confirmation that he is now ready for redelivery. From that point, his shipment was delivered to him within 24 hours.

Although in cases such as this a redelivery fee would apply, [redacted] was not charged anything in addition to his original move charge.

We have gone above and beyond to complete this service and appreciate your efforts in assisting us to resolve this matter.

Review: A company representative named [redacted] came to my home, took an inventory of my belongings and gave me a written estimate for the cost to move my belongings from NY to NC. After agreeing to the terms, we set a date for the move. After packing my things in their truck, the company wrote up a new bill that was $2,900 more than the original contract.

The truck arrived in NC two weeks later with my belongings. As I unpacked I found many broken/damaged items and proceeded to take pictures of each item. The coverage the company offers for damaged items is very little and not nearly worth the replacement cost.Desired Settlement: I would like the bill adjusted to the original contract price and I would like the replacement of my 50" TV which now has blue lines across the screen and replacement cost for family heirloom dishes that were broken.
