This particular approval process was not explained to me in this mannerIf I was explained this and knew there was a chance I could be declined based on my credit I would have never went through with loan because I knew my credit is not fully intact at this present momentI was explained that when applying as long as I did not have any [redacted] holds or liens I will get $ [redacted] in a form of check that I could pick up in weeksThe Tax preparer actually assured me that the bank doesn't make decision based on credit at all HENCE the reason he was shocked when I shared the denial reason with himPretending he was not aware that could be a possibilityTo me this comes across as deceptive practices and just to get you to sign a contract to get money from you not being upfront about possibilities and THAT was my issueI paid $***thinking I'm getting a loan NOT possibly getting a loan! I file my taxes for FREE every yearI paid money to this agency thinking I was getting a service that I did NOT RECEIVE! And was very ambiguously explained.As far as my school papers I reinforced the fact that I had school credits I wanted to claim from day in their officeI was told to bring in a prior years 1098t form for them to use related information from formI provided the form that they asked for ASAPThe lady that just sits at the front desk and assist the actual tax preparer by answering the phones, making copies and taking documents imputed my sensitive information into the system and submitted it incorrectlyAt the time I came in Joe (tax expert) had stepped out and would return laterI must say I was very skeptical giving her my information because I wanted to continue doing my business with the actual expert tax preparer NOT an assistantWhen I called to confirm everything I could not get a hold of anyoneFinally when I got my official 1098t forms I brought it in ASAPCome to find out "the assistant" submitted the information to the [redacted] INCORRECTLY causing the delayed amendmentI was not told that there was a confusion in my years attending the school until AFTER she already submitted and I brought my official tax forms inAt that time the tax expert says "it's okay I will just do an amendment that will take 4-weeks but shall not interfere with your original return." She is the reason for the mistake and she submitted the incorrect informationTo me this is an incompetency that I now have to pay for because of her confusionAccording to [redacted] my entire refund will be held for weeks from the amended filingThis aggravates me because I came to Super Fast Tax Refund because of a hardship I was having at the time thinking I could get an advance on my refund in January and now I won't see any of my refund until July sometime according to [redacted] and it's all because I decided to do business with Super Fast Tax RefundSo yes I'm an angry customer that only wants a refund of $ [redacted] which is the money I was spending for services that did not meet my expectations at all! I am satisfied with the response from Super Fast Tax Refund in providing me a full refund of the fee of $ [redacted] when I get my refund from ***

Mrs*** came to our office wanting refund advance loan. She filled out the applications and signed all the proper documents to apply for the loan. The bank declined her loan. We don't know the reason. But the bank gave her reasons for the decline. The bank gives us
a number for the customers that got declined. We provided that number to her and she also received a letter with the reasons from the bank. The bank we use has a high approval rate which is over **%. And after speaking to them they confirmed they don't decline you just because of your credit. But they do look at all factors. They will not approve you just based on your tax refund eitherThe bank has its ways of approving and declining people which is outside our control. The issue isn't our service but the fact she got declined and needed money due to hardship. We make sure all documents and information going to *** is accurate and in the mean time the banks provides refund advance loan to the people interested. Mrs*** was asked repeatedly by the manager and the person who prepared her taxes how many years she attended school to get the proper school credit she deservedThe answers varied every time and we came to a conclusion she used her four years of credit for american opportunity creditWe had no way to verify the info from her because it was her first year filing with us. Once we told her She won't get the credit then the story changed to she had gone to school on and off and also was in grad school currentlyA person is eligible for american opportunity credit for four years. We asked her for her tuition form and we knew she attended school but not for how longSince she insisted It was her fourth year we amended her tax return so she can get the credit for her fourth year. She will get all her refund at once including her amendment That usually happens in 4-weeksBut it might take longer if *** sees an issue with the information The data was never input wrong but the information we received kept changing. We have corrected the tax return to Mrs***'s liking and furnished *** Mrs***'s storyWe will let *** decide whether the credit is due or not We are sorry Mrs*** was inconvenienced. It's our obligation to prepare her taxes correctly and we have done that. Even though we were getting conflicting information from her. We will refund her fees of $*** once *** funds her tax return. We have accommodated all the changes she has made
