We were informed that our ticket for delivery of gas would be delivered asap, it as of now has been 5 days since that phone conversation.We were making payments to them to pay for our gas delivered last year, we only owed a small amount. we were told to pay the remaining money due and they would deliver. we paid the money due and were told that we would get our gas asap.This was on thursday the 21st 2016, no delivery on friday due to ice storm. That was understandable, noting on saturday, nothing on sunday. Ran out of gas on Sunday night the 24th. its 28 degrees outside. They were called on Monday the 25th and we were told that we were on the driver route for that day. Still no delivery, we can not cook due to having a gas stove, we can not heat out house due to having a gas hvac unit.Desired SettlementDeliver the gas like you said you would.Business Response This responds to the [redacted] Case Activity Report which was received by U.S. Mail February 23rd at Super Flame Gas Company. E-mails documented under "Revdex.com Processing" which stated "Inform AB Business of Complaint" (1/26/2016); "AB-No response to first business notice" (2/11/2016); and "AB-Resend Complaint to Business"( 2/11/2016) were never received due to a change in the point of contact and an outdated e-mail address. At Super Flame's initiative, these have been corrected.Mr. [redacted]'s statement of his case is correct. ** were experiencing a very high number of calls due to an ice storm and had the normal issues with truck maintenance and accessibility to customers' tanks. We did ask Mr. [redacted] to pay his past due bill before receiving gas which he did as he stated. Due to human error we did not deliver the gas as quickly as he needed it. Our documentation does not show that we were aware he was out of gas when he called Monday January 25th. Our policy is to put "out of gas" calls, particularly those without other forms of heat, as a high priority and work overtime if necessary to make sure they are delivered as soon as is physically possible. I called Mr. [redacted], apologized, gave him our current e-mail address and encouraged him not to hesitate to contact us even a second or third time if necessary-by phone or internet. I also confirmed our current budget payment schedule for the new gas he received the following day which he is following. We value our customer relationships and will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] to meet his needs and those of our customers.Thank you for this opportunity to respond,** Ray [redacted]Super Flame Gas Company
