We initially received a phone call 9/17/saying there was a roof leakWe went out a few days later and did repairsWe went inside and Whitney showed us the leak and there were already stains present on the ceilingI informed her that the
roof was installed improperly but that we would try to stop the leak and repair around the area that was leakingwe took up all the air vents and cut around themWe found several shingles sliding down so we took them up and re-nailed themWe received a check 10/29/for $It must have stopped the leaks because we did not receive a phone call for around 8-monthsThen *** called 7/6/stating that the roof was leaking in the same spotWe don't guarantee our repairs when the roof has been improperly installed or if we don't put on the initial roofHowever, we were trying to help them out and fix the leak so we went back out at no charge after he called in July even though those repairs weren't guaranteedHe demanded that we pay to fix his ceiling and we simply told him that it wasn't our responsibility because we did not put the roof on and we told them initially that the roof was improperly installedHe got angry and told us we would be hearing from his lawyer

First, I would like to ask how if the roof was installed improperly why you chose to quote a "bandaid" fix, if that's what you believe it was when we explicitly said quote us what it would take to fix it
Next, I'd like to know what happened with the two phone calls my wife placed to your office in late May/early June about our roof continuing to leak and appearing to have gotten worse during the winter
Third, I never demanded the wall be fixedI simply stated I don't believe it to be my responsibility when I paid you fix the roofNot cover it upFix itIf your quote was insufficient to the issue, you should have quoted appropriatelyI paid for what I was told was a fix and received a temporary solution
Lastly, you never even had the common courtesy to call us back any of the times we called youI had to call in July because you would NOT call my wife back evenOver a month of waiting for a call back, and nothing
When you did finally call me back, it was all of ten minutes of warning that you were comingHad I not been off that day, I wouldn't know that you had returned for a grand total of minutesI'm Bing kind with that estimate, by the wayUpon leaving, I get told to wait for the next rain, see what it does, and to call back for further steps

When I pay for something to be fixed, I expect it fixedI don't expect to have to fight a company to deliver the service they say they will
You have already been told on MULTIPLE occasions, if it costs more to fix it, let us knowYou wouldn't even call us back to take more of our moneyOf course I'm going to seek any recompense I can in that situation

We told you first of all that the roof was installed wrong and your wife said that you did not have the money to replace the roofThis is why we quoted you to patch the roof without a guarantee of fixing it because we knew it needed to be replacedWe did this repair last September and didn't hear anything about it leaking until this May/June after having a record amount of rainWe will come back if we repair something to fix it but we only guarantee roofs that we installWe were never told by you that you would pay more to fix itYou called us wanting us to fix your ceiling that is not our responsibility, because we told you it was put on wrongThere were several occasions we tried to meet you out there but our employees go home at and that never worked with your schedule
