After reviewing this complaint I researched our files, attached any contracts between Super Future Fitness and *** *** and have concluded the following;There is signed contract between "*** ***" and Super Future Fitness, please see attachedThere was a
note on the account indicating that *** *** told the staff that assisted him that he would bring in his billing information next time he was in the clubHe never followed through with this, which forced his account into collectionsIt seems that *** *** states that he never signed an agreement and in fact has never been in the club, I have attached the contract for your reviewIt would be my recommendation to *** that if he thinks someone impersonated him or if he suspects identity fraud that he should contact the proper authoritiesWe would certainly cooperate in any way if this was found to be true

Complaint Information: It has always been Super Future Fitness's policy that an account must be in good standing in order for it to be cancelled*** account was paid in full in November of 2014, at that point *** was eligible to cancel, he sent a letter of cancellation received by us in the end of November 2014, making his last payment due, December Unfortunately that payment was not able to be processed, there for his membership was not cancelledIn order to resolve this issue I am willing to make an exception; Super Future Fitness will cancel the membership immediately, the balance of $has been amnestied and the credit agency informed that *** no longer owes any money on the accountA copy of this information will be sent to *** as well which should satisfy both of the desired settlement issuesThank you, *** ***

Super Future Fitness has been in business for over 20 years. We have had the same cancellation policy in force thru out those years. Our policy is explained, in full to the customer upon entering into an agreement, with a signature acknowledging that the customer understands the policy. Because our billing is handled by a third party, it takes 30 days to process the cancellation correctly. The annual fee and all terms of the membership are reviewed with the customer as well upon signing. If a customer needs to cancel and wants to be cancelled before the annual fee date they need to send a certified letter to the club 30 days prior to the annual fee date (June 1st).

Review: When we cancelled our membership, we were told that we would still be billed for another month since it takes 30 days to finalize the cancellation. Since there is NOTHING relating to this claim in our contract (which had actually expired and we were paying month to month) we explained in our cancellation letter that we expected no further bills. We were surprised to receive a letter from a collection agency stating we owed the next month's payment plus fees. They also claimed that they had attempted to charge our credit card and were declined, which never happened. We disputed the claim, and we were told by the collection agency that if we wish to further dispute this we would need to contact Super Future Fitness (SFF) directly. We were also told that since SFF will not recognize our cancellation, since they claim we have a balance on our account, they will RESUME billing on a monthly basis. We continue to dispute this alleged debt with SFF.Desired Settlement: We want them to drop their claim and stop pursuing any collection efforts immediately.

Review: I started recieving calls from Super Future Fitness stating that I had delinquent charges for a membership. The problem is that I have never been a member, or even stepped foot into the facility. They had my name and a former address of mine on file. I hadn't lived at that address in over 10 years, and I live nowhere near the facility. After a handful of calls I thought I was finally able to resolve the issue. That was until today when a collection agency called me and told me that they were filing with Credit Reporting Agencies to report my delinquency. On a side note, the collection agency which I spoke to today was the most unprofessional, non-transparent organization I have dealt with in my life.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal letter written to all credit agencies and the Collection Agency to correct this issue.
