I hired Super Good Movers in June and spoke with the rep was very pleasant but when the actual movers came, they were late, unprofessional and to top it off, they broke a lot of my stuffMy Brand new Plasma TV was broken; I had bought it weeks before movingI called the customer service and spoke with Kiera who stated that I need to complete the claim form, the receipt for the TV and email the picturesShe stated that their claims department will call me to schedule a day to come and look at the TV, so that I can get an estimateIt took them over months, for a responseI called her and emailed on a weekly basis, finally in September 2015, I got an email from Cory, stated that the claims department has made a decision and that they were only going to pay $on a $2,TVI asked him how they came up with the estimate when no one from Super Good Movers called or even came to look at the damageNo one responded back, I continued to call and send me emails but no response yetFinally in May 2016, Kiera emailed me a document that indicating that Super Good Movers needed my address and signature to mail me a checkIn the documents that she emailed all information was incorrect including the customer name, address, phone numbers, the claim number, and the incident dateI called and spoke with her, she stated that Cory was the one typed up the document and that she would have him fix the errorI still haven't heard back from either her or CoryI have been calling and emailing them on a weekly basis since May and the problem has not been fixed yet or gotten any response back from themPlease don't use this company for your movingThey are very unprofessional, careless with your items, and horrible customer service

The good movers told me that they will have my furniture on specific day at San Antonio TXThey didn't show up until days later, I had to pay extra money for rent in order to have the house open and waiting for them to deliver my furniture, finally days late, guys show up late on the afternoonOne of the movers got sick I had to help to move my own stuff, o'clock am we are still trying to make it happenMy furniture was broke and damage, in the top of all this they were holding my furniture that was still on the truck, when I told them that they better paid for my damage propertyWorst experience everI send a complaint and they told me that all they could do is pay back $They damaged a 54â smart TV, 60â new gas grill, and scratched 80% of my furniture

This company enables dishonest employeesItems included in delivery were not deliveredWhen confronted they deniedI called movers less than minutes of leaving my houseOn that day of delivery, because they denied, I noticed company, they said they would contact me after she investigatedI didn't hear from them, so I called days later I then contacted management they realized employee did keep items and they told me in a very unprofessional tone, I could file a police reportThe lady at the company even stated "sorry, he already gifted items to his wife." I replied, items that do not belong to him! That's theftI spoke to manager, same responseNon apologetic, blatant disregard for the lack of honestyI allowed these people in to my personal space, my home, how fearful is it that these dishonest people know what I have and where I live

I have thought very hard about whether or not to submit a review on this company, which I had my first experience with tonight, and I've decided that I cannot ignore what happened todayI can not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone
Our situation was a bit unique - we were not looking for help with a move per se, but instead for help getting a piece of furniture off of the Uhaul truck we had rented to pick up an office set I had bought earlier in the weekIt was too heavy for us to lift ourselves, and an attempt to unload the other two pieces of furniture had resulted in a bit of a disasterI felt that we needed professionals to offload the remaining piece, and I found Super Good Movers
It started off promising enough - the fellow I spoke to when I called at 3:pm today (who did not identify himself by name) quoted us a price of $to unload the furniture, which we felt was reasonable, and stated that he would get a crew out to us in about minutesAt pm, when there was no sign of anyone, I called back, and was told that the movers were stuck on another job, and that a different crew would be sent out to us
Immediately thereafter, I was called by a member of the crew, who told me that he was at I-and Joe Battle - about half an hour awayAgain, this was promising, despite the previous and unexpected two-hour wait, so I believed the movers were on their wayAt pm, with still no arrival or word, I called the crew member back again, who stated that he and the crew were very close to us (though at this point, he made it seem as though he was not a part of the crew himself - this was disproven when they finally arrived and he was identified by name by the other fellow with him), and that he would call them, get an ETA for me, and would call me right back
No call came, and about minutes later, I was trying to call the company's office againThe first person I was connected to hung up on me, and the second was disconnected by accidentThe third person I spoke to told me that the crew in question was now about minutes away and could be expected to arrive soon
(Note: Just after I got off the phone with the third person, the second person called me back and offered to call the crew for me - I told her that I had just been informed that the crew should arrive in ten minutes, and that would be all rightWe hung up, with the understanding that with any further issues, I could call her again.)
A bit before pm, the crew finally arrived - by this point, this was three and a half hours after the original promised time of arrival by the very first individual I had spoken toThey were polite enough at first, and they got the piece of furniture offloaded quickly and efficiently - once they finally *did* the job, we had no real problem with that end of itNow, however, it was time to pay
I first offered to pay with a check, which was turned down - apparently the company never accepts checks, period, which I had not been informed ofI next offered to pay with a debit or credit card, and was told that they would only accept cashAs I tried to call their office to see what could be done, I was also rudely informed by the movers that their office was now closed, and that we would have to go to an ATM to pay them
I do not typically keep cash on my person at any given time - had I known about their payment policies, I would have gone to the ATM in advance (I certainly had enough time!) and pulled out the cash needed to pay them for their work
And now they began to cast aspersions on my character, and on my mom's, with one of the movers saying things like "They want to pay with a credit card when we come all the way out here, this is bull***." I told them that they could follow us to the ATM, and we would pay them the expected priceApparently they made it clear, as I was getting ready to leave, that they expected we were trying to get out of the payment
So we drove out, returned the Uhaul truck, retrieved our Jeep, and made our way to the ATM, with our newly rude mover "friends" tailing us the whole wayWe pulled out the $160, I took it to them, had them count it in front of me, and then requested a receipt - I was informed that the receipt would be emailed to me, somehow, based on my smartphone - they don't have my email address
This was a terrible experience, I will not use them again, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemyThe worst thing was to have them act like we were the ones doing wrong because we don't keep cash around the house and were not informed that we would not be able to pay with check or (by that hour) credit/debit card until after the factThey were extremely late based on the original arrangements made, and their tardiness made any payments other than cash impossibleThe fact that they couldn't even provide a receipt was insult upon injury
I see no way to recommend this company in good conscience after this

This was the worst experience I have had with any mover and or company in the entire state of TexasSuper Good Movers was hours late arriving with my things from El Paso Texas on June 15, past mid night, and harassed me in to paying extra for bring furniture to my apt complexTerrible experienceNever use them beware

Super Good Movers were excellent! The guys that came to my house were Sean and emit, they came prepared to move me to my new housestars!

We hired Super Good Movers to move us to Dallas. They showed up with the wrong size truck. Even the laborers told us our item's wouldn't fit. They contacted the owner [redacted] who came to the house. He promised to get a bigger truck and would return in an hour. We never heard from him. We contacted the office several times and [redacted] blamed us? Not sure how after [redacted] (owner) did the estimate himself.
We gave them several opportunities to make things right and six hours later we had to reserve a [redacted] truck and move ourselves 3 days later. I decided to write this review to warn others. Buyer Beware Don't get stranded by Super good Movers. They're the most unprofessional company that I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

I called her and emailed on a weekly basis, finally in September 2015, I got an email from Cory, stated that the claims department has made a decision and that they were only going to pay $60.00 on a $2,250.00 TV. I asked him how they came up with the estimate when no one from Super Good Movers called or even came to look at the damage. No one responded back, I continued to call and send me emails but no response yet. Finally in May 2016, Kiera emailed me a document that indicating that Super Good Movers needed my address and signature to mail me a check. In the documents that she emailed all information was incorrect including the customer name, address, phone numbers, the claim number, and the incident date. I called and spoke with her, she stated that Cory was the one typed up the document and that she would have him fix the error. I still haven't heard back from either her or Cory. I have been calling and emailing them on a weekly basis since May 2016 and the problem has not been fixed yet or gotten any response back from them. Please don't use this company for your moving. They are very unprofessional, careless with your items, and horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever. I send a complaint and they told me that all they could do is pay back $100. They damaged a 54” smart TV, 60” new gas grill, and scratched 80% of my furniture.
