Super Grand

Review: On 7/20/14, a bottle of Tilex was purchased from Super Grand, which also operates under (Super Best Market). The item purchased was incorrect, and was returned to Super Grand with the receipt on 7/23/14. After Super Grand issued a full refund for the product, Super Grand then obtained pictures of the purchaser, then called the purchaser's place of employment, forwarding the pictures and accused the purchaser of committing fraud, the manager for Super Grand, stated the product was opened and water was added to the product and returned.

I then returned to Super Grand, on 7/24/14, to rectify the situation and the manager was very harsh towards the situation and again accused the purchaser of committing fraud and stating they would press charges.

The situation was discussed with both the manager and the officer on duty, and both accused me of committing fraud as well. The officer then asked for my information and took pictures of myself as if I committed a violation.

The Super Grand is stating they would like the money refunded to them, for an item that was purchased incorrectly.Desired Settlement: I would like any pictures and information discarded, as there was no violation committed, other that being wrongfully accused. With no justification or no supporting evidence proving any violation was committed.
