Review: Super Green Coffee advertised their product as a 14 day trial supplement but in reality it was a 14 day trial period and if not canceled within 14 days then you would be charged full amount of $79.53. No where was this stated with product shipment or when signing up for the product. I agreed to pay $4.95 for a trial supplement which I fulfilled and never agreed to $79.53 which I was later charged. Additionally I'm now receiving multiple phone calls from a number which I do not know so most likely this company has also sold my information.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $79.53 and the original $4.95.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We have refunded the $4.95 trial shipping charge from 03/30/2014 and the $79.53 recurring order charge from 04/14/2014. The cancellation policy is stated upon checkout and requires cancellation within 14 days of placing the order, however, we hear Mr. [redacted]' concern and want to provide the full refund to remedy the situation.

We can also assure you that we do not sell any of our customer's contact information, but will be conducting a full review of any third party partners and take swift action in the unlikely case that one is not following our policies. Review: This company is somehow tied in with [redacted] - I am being billed for something that I canceled. This company has very deceptive practices. It says free one month trial just pay shipping & handling $4.95 - Very difficult to contact them after this - Even though I did cancel shipment I am now being billed for $79.53/mo on my credit card. If this is not illegal it should be. I have contacted the company -Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited back and I never want to hear from them again!!!

Review: Having used the product for a couple weeks along with a regular exercise program I became ill with stomach problems and had to discontinue product. Tried to call company to register complaint could not get anyone to take my call. Today received another bottle which I did not order. I need to return for a refund, but don't no how. No customer service. Certainly seems like a scam.Desired Settlement: Want them to credit my credit card that they have on file.

A further note that I did return like they requested as per conversation. I was told I would receive a full refund upon receipt of product. I do have tracking numbers for the 2 orders.

Review: I signed up to receive a "trial" bottle of the Super Green Coffee extract supplement. The offer advertised that I would receive this sample of the product. Apparently there is fine print in their agreement that specifies that if one does not cancel the "subscription" within 14 days the buyer will be placed in a program that charges $79.00/month for another bottle of the supplement. This is a supplement that is commonly sold for $15-$30. When I realized that I had been scammed, I called the company's customer service department to cancel my subscription (that I did not willingly sign up for) and to ask how to return the second bottle (unopened) for a refund. I was told that even if I return the product I am not entitled to a refund. Thus, I have been charged a total of $158.00 for a product that I do not want, with no means for returning the product for a fair refund.Desired Settlement: I am not asking for a refund of the original $79.00 payment, as I have resigned myself to the fact that I did not get all of the information before making the initial purchase of the "trial" offer. I do feel it is reasonable to ask for a refund on the second $79.00 payment in exchange for an unopened returned product. I believe the company has intentionally sought to deceive their customers, and failed to respond to my reasonable request to their customer service department.

Although I did not receive any correspondence from the company in question, they did refund the amount that I was requesting to my bank account. I have no doubt that this action was a direct result of my complaint and the Revdex.com's action in contacting the company.

Review: Super Green Coffee offered a "free sample" which you pay for shipping. If you like the product they will send you a monthly supply for $80 dollars, and if you do not like it, then you can cancel within 14 days. When I called to cancel, I was told I would have to pay $32 dollars. If they are going to send you a free trial then it is a free trial! If they are going to charge $32 dollars then I will make my decision to purchase based on the price of $32. This information was NOT given at time of purchase and I believe this is bogus advertising.Desired Settlement: Please do not allow this company to practice such sneaky advertising! Do what you can to stop them from cheating other people!

Review: I was called by this company to take advantage of an introductory offer. For $4.99 I was to receive a bottle of Green Coffee Extract. At no time did I agree to receive monthly shipments to my address at the amount of $79.99 per bottle. This was taken out of my debit/bank account automatically. When I received the second bottle of this product, I called and was told I could not return it and by my not calling after 14 days, that I had agreed to have this product shipped on a monthly basis. I was then asked if I wanted a 25% discount on future shipments. When I said no, I was asked if I wanted a 50% discount on future products. I told"[redacted]" that this was fraud and I did not want any future shipments. I also told [redacted], I was going to stop payment on the shipments that were sent to me without my permission. He told me I could not do that. I had to tell this gentleman at least 4 times to stop shipment of this product!!! I subsequently have contacted my bank who is investigating my claim.Desired Settlement: That I will be refunded my money to my account/bank and I will receive no further product from this company.

Review: I ordered a 14 day trial sample from this company. I thought I only had to pay shipping. After 15 days I was charged $79.53 for the product. Apparently I had to tell them within 14 days if I did not want to continue with the product. Unfortunately I do not have any emails from the company with the information or any other way to contact these people. I saw the charge and called and asked for a full refund. I told them I would mail back the product for a full refund. They refused to allow that. They said I was past the trial and my only option was to pay for the product. The best they offered me was to allow a 50% refund. I would like the rest of the money refunded to me. I am happy to mail them back their product. I am unsatisfied with the product and would like a full refund. The fact that they refuse to make that option available to their consumers is fraud.Desired Settlement: Refund of remaining 50% for a total of $39.76. I will mail back to the company the remaining amount of the product at my own expense.

BEWARE!!! This is an auto shipment enrollment! I received the "free trial" of both Garcinia Pure and Green Coffee Pure and never even opened the bottles. Once the "free trial" period was up, I was charged $89 for an additional shipment of Barcinia Pure and $88 for an additional shipment of Green Coffe Pure. I telephoned both numbers for the different products (though they are likely the same company/location) and asked if I could return BOTH the "free trial" shipments because they had not been opened and the new shipments. I was told by customer service representatives at both numbers that I could not return the items for credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the customer service representatives handled any returns AND that I could not return the items for credit because I was enrolled in an auto shipment program. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I would understand them charging a restocking fee and me paying to ship the products but to not accept the unopened items is bad business. PERIOD. I would suggest that you DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Review: Received a call from them asking me to order another bottle. I specifically said no...as it bothered my blood pressure. Received a new bottle anyway

After receiving the new bottle which I did not order...I checked my credit card info 1-11-14 and found two billings as follows:

1-8-14--Garciniade Streamwood, -- $98.99

1-8-14--[redacted]-- $79.95

I had not caught the fact that my initial trial order at a cost of $4.95 was also billed to me twice on 11-24-13. The billing is also from the same locations as above.

I specifically told the caller NOT to ship any further supply due to medical concerns and she hung up on me! Didn't think much about it until I received the bottle yesterday! If I wanted to purchase more, I could get the same brand and bottle at a local vitamin store for under $30!Desired Settlement: I did not order anything but the initial trial. I have been billed twice and only received one trial bottle....and now one I didn't order. Please advise them I want the two charges on 1-8-14 removed and they should removed one of the initial $4.95 charges from November. I should have caught the error sooner, but with the holidays and a husband and mother with medical problems, I just neglected to check.

Review: Bought the product online for a one month trial last August. Then began receiving a new bottle each month in the mail. My credit card was then billed $79.95 per each bottle per month. Nowhere was this price advertized in the initial ad. If I had seen this at the beginning, I wouldn't have ordered the pills. I received another bottle today in the mail and I will return it unopened. I would like a refund of the $79.95 that was already billed to my credit card and have my account closed with this company. I don't want to receive anymore of this product.Desired Settlement: In addition to the refund I would like to be removed off their account with me.
