There is no way that BOTH our access cards were accidentally deactivated.Also, there is no way those scratches were from our dog in our room, as our dog stands only 4" off the ground! I still contend that the $charge was an attempt @ credit card Fraud, & I would not be surprised to learn that they have done this before to other guest pet-owners.I am fed up with addressing these unscrupulous owners' responsesFrom trying to read their nearly indecipherable use of the English language, I would say that they should avoid personally writing their own responses Regards, [redacted]
