I came in and purchased a K shot. Which is a botanical herbal extract. Its cost is $20.00/each. I purchased two. When I opened them and put liquid in my mouth. It was water. Thinking it may have been a mistake. I opened the 2nd shot.Both were water. I have spoken with DAWN an employee. She claimed to be the manager. She was very rude and would not help at all. I asked for managers number. Was told no. I have been in several times and left a contact number with no avail. I wasted $40. I also have a witness to every interaction that I've had with business.

Exchange My desired resolution at this point is to find out who tampered with product. They are in a case not open to customers. Only employees can reach them. I would like a $40 refund if possible not neccessary. I make plenty money it's just the principal and the poor customer service. Not to mention all the gas I've wasted. I would atleast like an exchange if possible again not a must. This problem is an internal affair that needs investigation. Has not happened thus far.
