I do not want a $10 laundry card from Super Laundry. I will not be patronizing a business who obviously has NO concern for damage done to a customers property. I have to discard my [redacted] jacket and my [redacted] comforter because the dryer on the correct setting according to the manufacturers labels, melted both of my items. I am 57 years old and I know how to read and do laundry. I was not in a hurry that day and I was there watching my clothes. As a matter of fact I removed them from the dryer with 11 minutes still to go on the dryer. (they were in the dryer for 29 minutes). The only sign in the place suggests you put tennis balls in with comforters while drying. It says nothing about fabrics or dryer temperatures. Of course by now they could have put up more signs but that was all that was in there on 2/6/16. I don't have concern with other people's experience there. I know the dryer temp went way too high on my things on 2/6/16 and I had to discard and replace my items at my own expense after I paid to use that dryer. So if $10 is all they are willing to compensate me for my they can keep it. I will not be returning to any of their businesses. What does the number of property loss have to be before they take any responsibility at this for profit business?

has approximately 200 washers and dryers. We pride ourselves on having the cleanest and best maintained laundromats in the Cincinnati area. We have a cleaning staff 24/7 and maintenance people that repair machines daily.Being a self service laundromat, it is the customers responsibility to understand their fabric care instructions. There are signed posted that specifically caution customers on fabric care of comforters and provides some tips. There is no indication that there was a dryer malfunction as no dryers have damages any other customers clothing since the complantiants incident. Since there is no indication of a malfunction that is within our control, we will not consider compensation for damaged items.We regret that this customer had an unpleasant experience in our store. In an effort to provide service recovery to this customer, we will gladly provide a pre-paid smart card for laundry at our locations in the amount of $10.00. Lets us know when the customer would like to pick up the pre-paid card at our Reading Road location.Thank you,-The Super Laundry Team
