settlement was for us as a company too acknowledge the problem, I feel with our conversation that she was happy that we contacted her too resolve the issue. I feel this was a honest mistake that we have procedures in place that I train my employees on a daily basis for this not too happen.Please let me know if there is anything else you need. I am sorry for this experience but this is not our location any more. Super Lube bought from us over a year ago and never updated their records with the Revdex.com. This is Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
