Client did not fix my car, the actually broke parts, will not give receipts, non certified mechanics, took cash to not report to IRS.
For almost a month my car has not been able to be driven due to the damage they caused during repair, I will summarize this but I have pictures, video's, text msgs, and witnesses to prove their fraud. All they had to do was replace my fuel pump and they broke it, paid them cash bc they asked for cash and will not give a receipt, I have asked in person and 4 times in text messages. After they "fixed" my fuel pump I had major problems to my car, it would not start anymore, it smoked if it did start it would shake like an earthquake. After many text they finally came to look at my car and made me pay the another $100 which was unnecessary, they left, same thing my car would not work. They left me stranded for another week and said they would fix what they broke, they leave my car is leaking gas and its pouring out the fuel tank, I have videos and witnesses. They come out another time and say they broke the brand new fuel pump I paid for and have to replace my fuel pump. They leave and same thing, my car is leaking gas and is almost impossible to start, I was told by many people it is dangerous to drive bc of their mistakes. I keep calling and texting Mario and he ignores me, I even had another person he knows call him and he is ignoring him too. I had to take two weeks off of work bc I do not have a vehicle bc Mario broke my fuel pump and whatever else he did. Not one of the problems I have now did I have before he touched my car. His mechanic told me that he was not certified and just figured out how to do some of this car stuff. He made me pay cash and will not give me receipts, said one price and charged me a higher price. I do have all this in text, like I said. He even admitted in text that this is his fault by say "let me make this right". Which he never did. He has left a single mom of young child stranded that I had to take off work, we couldn't ever drive to Christmas because he broke our car. This is fraud.

Desired Outcome

Mario needs to pay for all my repairs that I have to have completed at a "Certified Mechanic", he should pay me for all the parts and labor that I have had to pay for that his company broke and the damage they caused to my car. He should compensate me for my time off work bc of not have a car bc he broke mine, and he should pay for the wear on my parents car, seeing they had to help me out and drive me around, and also the Ubers I have had to take.

I Never excepted the refund because it was not for the full amount, plus the fuel tank that I paid for in addition. I didn't have a car for over two months because of their mistakes. I took it to a reputable certified mechanic and had to pay almost another $900 for them to fix the damage that Mario's mobile mechanic did to my car. I have paperwork and can get a testimony from the mechanic proving they broke my car. I was even told that they had my fuel tank/pump hanging without the part. I have documentation from the certified mechanic and they will even speak to the Revdex.com to let you know what Mario's mobile mechanic did to my car. Also, please note I never excepted the PayPal refund because it did not cover everything they broke on my car and the additional 800+ dollars I had to pay to get the damages they cause fixed I have every text message from Murillo, and you could see that he admits they screwed up my car. I have screenshots or emails because I screenshot and send the emails so I would not lose this information. He needs to pay all the costs for the original fuel pump I Purchased plus everything he charge me, plus the new charges add another mechanic to fix what he broke, and I have every text message from Murillo, and you could see that he admits they screwed up my car. Also I have asked 12 times for a receipt that he will not provide and I have documentation that I have asked for this. He should also be investigated for making you pay cash for his services so he does not have to report it to the IRS One last thing his mechanics are not certified, and he says they are certified

There was no verbal agreement because Maria would not respond to my emails or phone calls and I have screenshots of every single thing I sent him. Also I did not except the $175 that he offered because that is not full payment and I had to spend an additional $900 to get my car fixed from the damage that he did to it. I do have the mechanics information that fixed my car and they can tell you what Mario did to my car and all the damages they created

they need back my money I am buy one transmition use bmw super *** bring me 10 days garranty the transmition is no work in my card.

We shut down our busienss two weeks ago. Yes we did an engine swoop for this consumer, the install went fine. The engine was used and provided by the consumer there is nothing we can do about the used part failing. Also again we are no longer doing business
