We are in receipt of Mr***'s complaintInitially, as a courtesy, we offered to deduct $(our one plumber hourly rate) from his bill which did not appease himThen, prior to Mr*** filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, we sent him a letter in response to his complaints (attached) and
deducted $(our one plumber and one plumber's helper rate) off of his bill (also attached) regardless of us being confident that our charges were honest and justifiedWe adamantly refute that any of our billing practices are "hidden" as Mr*** is unjustly claimingDue to Mr*** taking the additional time to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, we will send him the $he is requesting (with prejudice) as we do not agree with his complaint(s)All of our customers are aware of and grateful for, our competitive and fair rates even when we have to charge for travel time and/or a plumbers helperLastly, it was necessary to charge Mr*** for a plumber's helper as we would not have been able to repair his underneath house leak without oneAs far as the time frame it took our plumber's to perform the repair, it was at minimum minutes with minutes in drive time, not the minutes that Mr*** is claimingMr*** was not present while our plumber's performed the repair, otherwise he would have been able to see what it took in order to do the repair and he could have further inquired what the charges would be if he was under a different impression of what he felt he should have been chargedTherefore, we are confounded that he claims we were only there for a half of an hour when he wasn't even thereRegardless, we strive for customer satisfaction and will send Mr*** the $he is asking for
