Lakewood
My family and I were at the one in Lakewood, had a chili reano , I’ve had it many times before, the sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce, taco had very little meat mostly lettuce and a beer, by the time I got out to the car I had to throw up that is the worst dinner I’ve ever had. The sauce had basil in it so strong no chili taste at all. You better check your cooks out or they are going to run you out of business. Very disappointed

Would like to share my experiences at super mex Fullerton. Your bathrooms are disgusting. You have had this problem for quite a while now. The sewer gas that’s coming into men’s and ladies room is unacceptable. I am a regular and there. It’s so bad that it’s smells in your dining area. I spoke to manger last night Andy told her. She new about it as all your employees. If you don’t resolve this issue I report you to health department. If you want to ask questions feel feee to call me. 714-271-2644 John hauser.

My name is [redacted] and I just received a second notice form you stating that the company has not returned your calls.
 I know they have received your complaint; since, they sent me an e-mail from a different location then the corporate office I had contacted.
 
  Since I was told so many things that were not correct, I was waiting for the check to clear; before, contacting you. I believe the case [redacted] to be resolved; if there are problems with the funds that would be a bank issue.
 
I thank you for helping to set things right and fair.

Here is a copy of the e-mails from the other Super Mex corporate office for your files These were after they received your notification;

Review: On 10/28 I ordered a take out order, ticket [redacted], 20016, server [redacted], 5:07pm; which was for $27.54 and left a tip. I was the only person in the store after a while the server gave me my order in a bag. A little while later after opening the bag we found the order was incorrect. I called [redacted] and placed on hold twice as they tried to place me on hold a third time I stated not to put me on hold I wanted to speak to the Manager the person said she was the manager and rudely told me not to yell at her, I explained that I did not have the time to be placed on hold or to tell my story a third time. I explained that my take out order was wrong and [redacted] knew and agreed I received the wrong order.I explained I just wanted the amount paid reimbursed and to send me a check, she rudely said they do not send checks and hung up. I contacted the corporate office about 6 times and received 3 auto replies and three from [redacted] at Corporate [redacted] who apologize that they have not got back to me. Stating[redacted], "I am sorry to hear that we have lost your business. I played my part in the chain of communication between customer and restaurant owner. Admittedly, there is a bit of difficulty in communicating customer complaints between various owners and locations, and we could benefit from improving our system. I hope you have been able to make contact with the owner of the Cypress location and settle your issue." Best,[redacted]I simply placed an order and received the wrong item (actually handed to me) I wish to be reimbursed for a product net received and paid for, They expect payment prior to the order being cooked, I expect the same for an item that was incorrect. I've contacted their manager and corporate office.They had ripped me off $27.54.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed the $27.54; because I was given the wrong order. I do not want the tip back just the exact amount that is on my receipt. I purchased an item and did not receive the correct item.
