Review: Over the phone the quoted me $55/hour (2hour minimum) with 2 men, truck & packing material. Before they unloaded any item they demanded cash for $390. They move was less than 2 hours, so they entire bill should be $110. There was no special packing material involved or any wait time. Bill of $390 included 2 hour charge + 2 hour travel time + packing material + gas. None of this was discussed over the phone. I did not have a problem paying then for minimum 2hour charge but the rest of the charges were unnecessary. If I didn't pay them they would put my items in storage which was a additional charge. I had no choice but to settle the entire bill. I tried contacting the owner for two days left messages but he does not respond. They go by different names on the invoice they wrote [redacted] from [redacted], I searched them by phone numbers and they are called Super Movers located in [redacted].

Review: Quoted $200 to move a room then came on the scene saw two young girls and raised to $340. Had no choice but to pay because I had to move today May *, 2014. The move took only two hours of work. At the end they requested a tip and we said no because of the price range. When our backs where turned they stole my sisters slates to her bed out of spite. Now she can not use her bed. These guys do bait and switch, advertise $55 an hour jack up the price then steal from you.Desired Settlement: Return stolen items

Review: I hired this moving comapny because they said they only charge $55/hour and they supply boxes, tape and wrapping. When the movers got to my house, it was 6:30. They analyzed the job and asked if anything needs to be wrapped, I said my furniture so it doesnt get ruined They said its an extra $40 per piece of furniture, so I only chose a couple of pieces to get wrapped, and they were very light pieces. The movers wanted to charge an additional $80 to move my couch, because the door had to be unscrewed and then screwed back on to move it out. I said thats way too expensive and leave the couch. I told the movers make sure all 3 Air conditioning units come. The mover then told me, he wont charge for the wrapping of furniture, just labor and quoted the job at $390, but I had to leave very good tips. I said, I'll leave good tips, but I want 2 Air conditions set up in my new place, and my dresser and mirror re-installed. He wanted to know how much tips I was going to leave, I gave the 1 mover $120 and the helper $60, so altogether $570 cash. They began the move. When they unloaded everything at my new place, I realized they forgot 2 of the A/C's at my old apartment( 1 which I paid extra to be installed) and they didnt put together my dresser and mirror. The springs on my bed are also broken. It was also only 10:15pm when they left (less then 4 hours, so if they didnt charge for the wrapping of furniture, the $390 was way to high since its $55/hr)When I called them and said they didnt do the job they were paid for, and they have to come complete it or return the money because im not hiring another moving company, they said to never call them again and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. They are a moving company that only moved half my stuff, and took all that tip money but didnt do the extras. Plus, left me in a jam between the 2 apartments. They are a nightmare

Review: I contacted [redacted] from Mega Movers and he informed me that the movers will be available for my moving date and then informed them of what exactly I needed them to do which was take apart my ikea nyvoll bed and reassemble it in the new location. Upon payment as per the contract (in which I never got a copy of being that they left without notice or completion) they abandoned my items in the public corridor and left. They never completed my move or reassembled anything. In the process of moving my items they shattered my television and never turned over the screws for my bed. These movers charged me $275 and they never completed their obligation. I then contacted them on 6/**/2013 and they said that it was my responsibility to get the items put together and that they dont care about my television. they then advised me to stop calling and hung up.Desired Settlement: I feel that since the obligation was not rendered to completion that a refund shall be rewarded for items damaged and services not completed.
