We have contacted *** *** and invited her back into the dealership to check out her vehicle. She will make a list of any concerns with the vehicle as some of them are intermittent and not always present. We will put a technician in the vehicle to ride with Ms*** to
try to verify what the concerns are. We will put Ms*** *** in a courtesy loaner while we diagnose and repair any concerns

I called and spoke to *** *** ***) on Friday, February 16, 2018. I apologized to him for the Service Advisor not taking the time that was due him and invited him back into the dealership so we could look at the doors
and make sure everything is okay for him. I told him we would go over the vehicle and do a multipoint inspection to make sure everything is fine. He seemed appreciative of the offer and said when he is back fromLos Angeles he will bring it in. *** ***

Hello Revdex.com. I am writing in response to the above referenced claim number with Downtown FordPer their response of putting me in the car with the technician so that I could ride along with them and point out areas of concern, which they claim happens intermittentlyWell, as of today 7/5/2016 the problem still has not been resolvedThe shuddering is still present as well as the AC blowing hot, I am tired of taking the car back in to the dealership for what they deem an intermittent problem, but it's not intermittent to me when it happens outside the scope of when they are there and I am the one suffering in a vehicle that is not performing as it should for being a vehicle that should not exhibit any issues at all

Consumer states that the business has contacted her directly to address the pending issuesThere is a waiting period on the needed partsConsumer understands that the delivery issues may be out of business controlConsumer appreciates business cooperation but will consider the matter resolved once the actual repairs addressed and completed

Mrs*** did come in and purchase a vehicle from us. She subsequently experienced some transmission problems which we have attempted to fix. Mrs*** came to our sales department to try and replace the car with another one as her current vehicle was experiencing
transmission problems. She chose a vehicle and we went thru the buying process and finally found out that she did not want to trade the vehicle in as she would suffer a monetary loss ie sales tax/lic and current market value vs what she had paid for it. She stated she did not feel its fair that Ford is not willing to help her out of this vehicle as it is not her fault that she bought a car that is having transmission problems. She wants to initiate a lemon law buy back and she was directed to the Revdex.com site as one of the places she could initiate it. She was not trying to initiate a complaint. and she had really dry cuticles and he may have cut her a little.When she called, she spoke with the Nail Tech in question and she did not speak with me or my partner and we were unaware of any problem.Firstly, let me clarify that ALL of our techs are licensed and I personally think that the premises is clean and sanitary.I have no problem in refunding her the full $and would even welcome her to continue patronizing our business again and if she has any issues to inform the owners.Thank You

I have continually been to this business on a number of occasions.They are rude, have no customer service skills and they have no price list on the window outside the businessBut there is no services price list so they charge you whatever they want, they do not go by the price list outside on the windowAnd when you question them about the prices they basically ignore you and sometimes will refuse servicesThey have no hours of operation on there business store front so they open and close whenever they want

We did send her a check for $55 and she has cashed it so this is now resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I came down their twice. The manager was extremely rude and I cannot go to that salon again because I cannot believe the way customers are treated. I will take my business elsewhere and that letter I received simply disregards the behavior of the employee who is the manager. It's not illegal to be rude, but it is not ethical to treat consumers so poorly.

Review: Very rude. I've been sitting here for over 1 hour trying to get a nail fix. No one has asked me what I need or anything. Some one comes in after an they get right to her. Awful service very slowDesired Settlement: Better service
