Super Optical

I had bought a pair of glasses at Super Optical 89 King St N Waterloo N2J 2X3
I paid $384.00 -that was my cost at a buy one get one free with my daughter visiting from the Yukon- her $300 for her glasses were covered). I chose a pair of *** glasses which I was told would fit transitions for my face size. We were told to pick them up from *** @ *** St W Kitchener *** ,which was a totally different location. A week later we picked them up ( which seemed way to fast compared to other places I had bought from.)When I got them they were too small for transitions lenses for my face even though the lady affirmed me they would be good. I told *** - the (only person in the very small store),which has a Revdex.com accreditation on the sign said I needed time to adjust to them, even though it was obvious I would not be able to see both long and short distances because of the small size. When I went back to the Belmont location to explain that I could not focus on anything and that I could not wear them I was told to chose any other frame in the small store as my daughter was a witness to. She left to go back to the Yukon, when I went back to the Belmont location the man denied that he had offered me any frames in the store. He screamed so loud at me when there was no one in the store when I told him that non of these small selections would fit, but he said I have to chose one. He refused to let me go back to the Waterloo store ( with a totally different name) where I purchased the ***'s from or get my $384.00 back, I felt trapped and terrified of him. He refused to help me as I tried in vain to find something. I grabbed a pair just to get out of this terrifying situation. ***. ***. Two weeks later and unable to find a male friend to accompany me. I was terrified ( literally) to go back to the store and tried to get a male friend to accompany me, but no one was available so I went and I picked up my finished glasses which the frames were so large and the metal rims were so lose and would not stay on my face. I told him I could not see, he insisted I go home and adjust my eyes. The frames were so flimsy they would bend every time and would not stay on my face. He immediately got frustrated and yelled so loud, insulted me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. ***. This whole time I couldn't get my voice out and froze on the spot. I am now stuck with glasses that I cannot use, that I can't get my $384. I had to rely on my 4 yr old prescription glasses as I had lost my latest pair and now had headaches and very little ability to both read and see distances. I had no $ for new glasses ***. I am writing this now as I have returned from the Yukon and feel very overwhelmed at the whole situation and don't know what I can do.
