Their records state that we owe the company money for oil that we already paid for and had. The woman that I spoke to said that even though the person that up and left with assets not straightened out said that we should still pay for the oil anyway.I told her that should be their problem and she said I know but the credit manager said that they still have to make us pay or they will remove the oil from our home instead. I think this is unfair and I also think that it should be investigated because something is not right here. Why should I have to pay for something that isn't my fault and then be told that they will empty my oil tank?Enclosed is a copy of a bill from the company and it shows an amount that was written out for the portion that we paid which amounts to 40.00 cash. The rest was suppose to be fuel assistance called the [redacted]Please let me know about the investigation and tell me what you found out. I shouldn't have to pay the amount specified on the bill. Mr. [redacted] received a delivery oil that [redacted] did not pay for. There is a copy of the delivery history that was enclosed which was sent from my office that clearly shows that more oil was delivered then was paid for.No one threatened them. If we didn't pay than we wouldn't of had any oil filled in our tank. Also I have the proof that they need to see that I'm right about this matter.The oil company: Super Petro Oil, should ask the truck driver why he failed to add the [redacted] portion to the bill on the April payment and told my wife and I that all we owe was the startup fees which added to$ 40.00. Call me back and let me know what the response is. If they still persist, then I would like to know what the next step is to fight this problem.I really don't want to have to go to court if there is another solution to be heard in this matter and also fair solution and beneficial to all of us without being told we have to pay or let them take our oil from our home.Like I told you on the phone, it's [redacted] that is at fault and not us. We have rights also, and would let them know that my wife and I before our last fill , went at least 2 and 1/2 months without oil. You may also write me back.
