Hi,
The offer is indeed free as you are not required to 'accept' the Horizon card but just get pre-approved for a specific credit lineWhether you continue on to accept the credit line is optional on your part is NOT required hence
making this offer free
We have awarded the advertised amount of diamonds and will not be awarding any additional amount
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/10/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Actually you can not "complete" this offer without entering your credit card infoand being chargedAnd I attempted this offer twice to make sure I didn't misread or misclick somethingI had to spend my time and make three separate reports to you about this before resorting to a complaint with Revdex.comI should not have had to resort to these measures just to "complete" this offer and I should be compensated for my time and aggravation
This IS a misrepresented and deceptive offerIt IS fraudulent and as it is advertised on your website you ARE liable
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/10/29) */
Hi,
On OUR offerwall, the offer requirement specifically read: "Diamonds awarded on email submit and filling out the form with valid information." We did not require that you go any further to the point of paying (which you didn't) and we are not liable for any extra points other than the advertised amount
We are sorry to hear that you think our service is fraudulentIf you no longer wish to use our service then please let us know and we'll remove the offerwall from your account
Regards,
SuperRewards
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2014/10/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It took days, complaints to your CS department and a Revdex.com complaint to get the diamonds rewarded after completing the offerHad I not wasted my time to report this...I likely would never have gotten any diamondsIn my opinion your site is fraudulent and a phishing site, and I will continue to report it as such
You have lost a customer...I would have continued to use your site and likely would have explored other paid productsBut, if I'm having to go through all this on a free offer, I'm surely not spending anything on your site
You should have made some sort of token offer for my trouble and a sincere apology rather than the form letter condescending one would have gone a long wayJust good PR which obviously your company does not practice
Look at my account and see how many other offers have not awarded diamonds...all those offers have been completed...do I have to report each individual offer to Revdex.com to get them?

Hi,
There was an error in the system which caused a huge inflationUnfortunately we cannot issue the inflated amountWe have corrected the amount and have awarded so the points should be reflecting in your account now
We
apologize for the inconvenience
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2014/02/14) */
So I was notified by SuperRewards saying:
"We're sorry but we will not and can not pay the errored amount." This is in regards to the amount of the 866,promised to be paid to me once I completed the online hotel reservation order, which I completely did on Feb12, Furthermore, I was notified that I was only awarded the mere points on PrizeRebelLet me make this very clear, if a company or an agency or an advertiser claims that a given incentive will be provided upon completing an offer, you should be paying the specified amount, the amount that was shown to me when I agreed to complete an offer given a specified amount of points, which originally was 866,coins from SuperRewardsThey emailed me claiming: "A bug in the system caused a huge inflation on this offer which is now disabledWe are working with the advertiser to address the problem and to make sure the correct equivalent value is recorded." If that's the case, they should have fixed it before letting the offer float online and have countless people completing the offer despite the number of points being deceptiveNow take a stance in my position, if you were completing an offer because there was a big reward? Would you not do it? What if you completed the offer knowing you will get a certain reward and then have your face rejected of that amount because someone at SuperRewards failed to double check the incentive amount was not 866,250????? How is that even possible? How can you not know that the amount is at that level? What I am rying to say is, if you advertise an offer with a specified amount of coins awarded, quite simply you should be paying that amount, even if there was an error on your partIf you go to a restaurant and order a meal, and it turns out that the item on the menu is way more expensive than the listed price, how would you feel? I simply am demanding that I be paid the 866,despite SuperRewards committing an error on their partYou cannot simply say "Sorry" and expect a "Oh, it's okay"I actually had to go online and book a hotel reservation just to complete the offer and get the 866,(or else why the heck would I take my time and money to complete the offer if it was only a mere and not 866,250)? I will give you another example, what if you won the lottery and the amount was million, then the lottery company turns around and says "oh we made a mistake, it was supposed to be million, we will only give you million, is that not a fraud?" I, along with many individuals who have felt SuperRewards is a scam, am demanding the correct compensation to be paid! What was on the terms was that I simply complete the offer, which I did, and obtain that amount of 866,If Revdex.com was all about trust you would obviously cry out in anger when you review my case, and dozens of others who share the same concern as I doIf you are reading this SuperRewards, don't ruin your already disgraced reputation by yet denying another victim the awards they should rightfully earn simply to obtain and maintain high profitsThink of standing in my position and being deniedIf you have a little sense of humanity left within you, award me the correct amount of 866,250! I have also heard that SuperRewards will ban people simply because they are complaining, I hope you do realize all these actions you are committing are not the slightest resemblance of the A+ rating you received from Revdex.comI have fought a long battle and it's time to show my hand of cardsI have many screenshots and evidence to prove that I completed the offer based on the specified amount of points being awarded (866,250)May the Revdex.com see light in this hateful company

I just wanted to say that I have used other companies like this and they try EVERYTHING in their power NOT to give you what you've earnedThis company is differentI have never had a claim with them for longer than hoursThey are quick friendly and spot onThe offers are WELL worth the time you put into them and as long as you keep a good screenshot history they WILL credit youOnly rewards site I would ever recommendStay away from sites like Fyber they will rip you off USE THIS COMPANY SUPER REWARDS! :)

Hello,
We do not own CrunchyRoll. Crunchyroll uses our platform for payment services. If changes were made they were not done by SuperRewards as Crunchyroll controls the services and can disable without notice. We, SuperRewards, also...

were not informed by Crunchyroll of any changes but we did however have one other complaint so we have been trying to get a hold of Crunchyroll. So far they have been unresponsive and seems to have seized all communication. Hi,
We just looked up your account XXXXXXX and you haven't had any activity via SuperRewards since Sept 2013. That's over a year ago and the last payment activity was from 2012 via Allopass. We do not handle the balances you've accumulated on Crunchyroll nor transactions over 6 mos old. Unfortunately, you will need to settle this case directly with CrunchyRoll since no direct purchase was involved within the last 6 months.

I never did say you owned crunchyroll but you provided a service in much I could earn credit which acts as a payment towards a crunchyroll service.
The money was clearly held by super rewards when the credit was shown.
I am getting the same response from you and crunchyroll, both of you are denying holding the funds, so where is my money then? it does seem odd that its just vanished.
Again I will mention crunchyroll told me you pulled the service and that you held all funds without the duration of you providing the service until the point of redemption, was told you act as a payment service such as paypal do.
Yes i've not added funds in about a year as I was using spare phone credit to fund my account of which this service was pulled a year or so ago.
Someone is lying, not sure who but I would appreciate it if you could get in contact with them and sort something out as I know I, not the only one with this problem.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2014/12/04) */
Hello,
You are under the misconception that SuperRewards manages your CR bucks credits.
This is how it works....
When you complete an offer, we ping CrunchyRoll's server with the amount of CR bucks to be credited. CrunchyRoll then applies the CR bucks to your account.
SuperRewards does not manage the CR bucks nor have access to your balance. We just send the notifications so CrunchyRoll can apply the CR bucks.
Let's say for instance you made Paypal purchase of $10 CR bucks package via SuperRewards and we issued a full refund. We have no way to taking back the CR bucks from your CrunchyRoll account since we do not have administrative access. So your misconception that SuperRewards handles/manages your CrunchyRoll credit balance is not correct.

I am the originator of this complaint. After telling superrewards that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com they were pretty quick about awarding every single offer that I had completed and complained about. No doubt they will come on here and say "The offers have already been rewarded." Suffice to say the issue is resolved, however it's pretty bad that they refuse to pay unless someone files a complaint and might make them look bad.
