Will review and get back with you as soon as we have time Family health issues have prevailed in recent months among other problems in recent years

If there is a tear in the TPO membrane, then it occurred after the install Sometimes a tree limb falls on the roof in a storm or an animal or bird tears a hole in the membrane She still has our watertight warranty for the remainder of the years, provided I fix the tear I will not pay another roofer to fix a little tear that was not there when we left the jobsite years ago I will fix it myself and continue to warranty the roofAlso, when we left, the job was not sloppy and [redacted] knows that She was referred to us by one of our other happy customersShe also was on the roof with me after completion and thought it was beautiful thenSo, people, Do not let out competitors sway your opinion just to charge a lot of money for a repair that will cost me minutes and dollars worth of materials to fixIf you would like another opinion, I will be glad to bring the manufacturer's rep out to visit the site

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I find Mr ***'s business conduct to be very unprofessional He never followed up with me months ago when I originally notified him of the leaks He stated on multiple occasions (Jan 2016, Feb 2016, and Aug 2016) that he would look into the leaks but failed to show up He never contacted me as to why he couldn't make it nor did he attempt to contact me to schedule a different time to look into the leaks He didn't even have the professional courtesy to return my phone call and only after having received a notice from the Revdex.com did he send an unprofessional and inappropriate text message "Patience is a Virtue!" No apology or mention of family matters in the last months and now his business practice is to diagnose a masonry issue via phone considering he has never physically visited my property in the last months The two roofers who have come to look into the leaks stated that there is a tear in the TPO lining and that the workmanship looks sloppy.Based on the actions and inactions of Mr [redacted] and his company Super Roofers over the course of the last months and also because of his inappropriate and unprofessional text message response, I do not have faith or confidence in Mr ***'s empty words nor do I trust or feel comfortable that he would even do a good job to repair the damages I will be taking my business to a reputable company and to remedy this situation, I ask that he reimburse me for the cost of fixing these two leaks Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it includes neither a commitment to review the complaint within a reasonable period of time nor a commitment to address/resolve the complaintIf *** is unable to complete the mansard project including the warranty repairs by Nov18, 2017, I would be willing to accept in cash by Nov18, my $1,deposit along with a fair rate of interest compounded monthly for the mansard slate project plus an adequate amount to pay some other roofer to do the warranty repair of the second floor TPO roof Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I will be glad to contact her againHer roof is definitely under warrantyWe texted back and forth on 8-15-and she asked for a date Due to some family health issues and the weather, of course, we have not been back on the roof since her last text We have addressed a leak issue before and noted some possible masonry issues unrelated to the roof We will check it again by September 1,

When I have time to review and am able to give a more accurate response based on current conditions and situations, I will be more equipped to possibly resolve this complaintI do know materials have been purchased and are onsite and part of the work has been performed

His insurance company has been in contact with me and we are in the process of sorting it outThere have been some serious health issues in my family during October. I will deal with these roof issues as time permits. I also noted when I visited the site that there were roof layers
with additional insulation and not just thin layers like was agreed upon when we inspected the roof with the engineers. This roof was much more difficult than was expected.*** is making it abundantly clear that he is not willing or able to let me make this right and has moved in another direction

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: 1. Mr*** has provided a written Warranty for guarantee of the church which has no exclusions related to any of his claimsSince our original filing of this complaint Mr*** has responded which we object to his claims and will further address. Since his response, he has contacted members of the church offering to provide the materials that were paid for, to complete the installation and complete the repairs. He has asked for a provision that the church provide an areal lift for his use to perform this work and further has asked for additional volunteers labor help from church members to assist him in completing the work. More on this will be addressed followingMr *** received two checks as mentioned in our complaint as proof that materials were purchased. He did not address the receipt of these payments nor did he address the delivery of these materials. These checks are proof that work was contracted for and materials were paid for that Mr*** has failed to provide and install. 4. Pertaining to all above, the church and I acknowledge that Mr*** has contacted a church member directly offering to make the completions as stated and provide the materials not delivered as promised. We further acknowledge that he is making this offer provided the church provide an aerial man lift and manpower in form of volunteer labor. We are agreeable to the requests of Mr*** provided he meet the following conditions: AHe complete all the work as stated in our complaint by June 1, B. All materials are delivered ot the property as previously agreed and those materials installed properly to completion. C: The roofs leaking are repaired properly meeting the warranty guarantee. since the submission of our original complaint, more small leaks have now shown up in the main roof membrane. If Mr*** is agreeable to these conditions and will agree to complete all the work by June 1, 2017, the church will provide the man lift at the time as scheduled by Mr*** and provide enough volunteer labor to assist him in the work. Upon Mr***'s acceptance of these conditions , he further agrees that if he does not show up to perform this installation, he is liable for the full costs of the aerial man lift. We expect Mr*** to act swiftly in replying to our response and contact the church members who have since reached back out to him and schedule the completion.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Ridiculous, I was a volunteer, not a contractor in this situation. I saved the church $40,and worked with church volunteers to help install new roof.I was not responsible or involved with lift rental at all.I did use it for a few hours to help investigate the problem with the east
gutter, which is at least years old.I offered a solution to install a retrofit gutter over existing inlaid gutter. The church hired a painter in the past to paint the concrete block walls with a product that failed. The windows above the stairwells were not properly sealed by the painter.I volunteered to seal window sills above stairwell roofs for free.I removed trim piece installed by painter that was catching water from a leaky east end gutter using lift rented by church to paint building. Due to lack of volunteers and inclement weather, they were unable to get the walls painted in time for us to install the collector boxes and downspouts on stairwells while the lift was still on site

Homeowner has received payment for roofing materials returned but refused to return my $3,motorized roof cutter. The trucking company that received the materials stated that the homeowner said he was not going to allow them to take my roof cutter via their truck back to their warehouse after they hoisted it down off of the roof with the crane

Will review and get back with you as soon as we have time.  Family health issues have prevailed in recent months among other problems in recent years.

Mr. [redacted] has, either accidentally or on purpose, misstated many details. He lives and works in Texas, not St. Louis.I received $800.00 from [redacted] d/b/a MRC.I received $1,000.00 for material delivered from [redacted]'s personal account from his home in Texas. After removing a trim piece under the gutter, I noticed that the trim piece that the painter had installed was screwed through the bot[redacted] of the East gutter and notified the church. The block wall behind the trim , which I removed , had to be tuck pointed and painted, so I decided to wait for the church volunteers to use the lift to pressure wash, paint and perform all of the masonry repairs prior to installing the metal slip flashing that I had bent to fit behind East gutter.Mr. [redacted] decided weeks later to send a check for $1,500.00 and asked me to have a metal skin fabricated for the outside of the existing East gutter. Then I waited a few weeks for [redacted] to pick the color of the metal.  My offer is to refund the $800.00 to MRC, the $1,500.00 to Mr. [redacted].  The other metal that Mr. [redacted] paid for was delivered and received my Mike Lang.If this complaint is rescinded, maybe I will not sue [redacted], if he asks nicely. If this complaint is published on the Revdex.com website, I am forced to sue in order to punish the slander and lies properly.

I am rejecting this response because:In that visit and prior to accepting the contract he told me there were more layers than code allows. He made no mention of medical issues the entire week after the damages occurred. Nor did he mention the extra layers being more work. He Just used wind as an excuse. Then after I made a complaint, he told me his daughter was deathly Ill for two weeks. I talked to another client of his who had the same experience a month earlier and he used the same excuses. He now claims to have no insurance and is trying to blame me for him not being able to pay his rent. As if he is a victim here??? I have mold on the surfaces I CAN see, so my house will likely need to be completely gutted and rebuilt. His callousness is unbelievable.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because it includes neither a commitment to review the complaint within a reasonable period of time nor a commitment to address/resolve the complaint. If [redacted] is unable to complete the mansard project including the warranty repairs by Nov. 18, 2017, I would be willing to accept in cash by Nov. 18, 2017 my $1,900 deposit along with a fair rate of interest compounded monthly for the mansard slate project plus an adequate amount to pay some other roofer to do the warranty repair of the second floor TPO roof.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/11) */
I believe I have a contract with [redacted], postmaster of Valles Mines.
If this is the same contract as referred to as [redacted], then here are the facts:
No, the roof does not have a lifetime warranty, nor was that ever stated either verbally...

or in writing.
High winds blew the shingles off the sides of a dormer. Gale force winds are not covered by the warranty.
I have already talked to [redacted] to schedule a helpful repair if they furnish the shingles, since their insurance company's offer was less than their deductible. Receiving this complaint to the Revdex.com after all of the donated labor on their church in Bonne Terre certainly is disheartening. And we all know how the weather has affected roofer's schedules this year!PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE! Giving me a deadline will not make this happen any sooner.

I am rejecting this response because it includes neither a commitment to review the complaint within a reasonable period...

of time nor a commitment to address/resolve the complaint. I have attached a photo to show what my house, minus [redacted] three story ladder, looks like today after three years of attempting to get [redacted] to fulfill his commitment.

I will be glad to contact her again. Her roof is definitely under warranty. We texted back and forth on 8-15-2016 and she asked for a date.  Due to some family health issues and the weather, of course, we have not been back on the roof since her last text.  We have addressed a leak...

issue before and noted some possible masonry issues unrelated to the roof.  We will check it again by September 1, 2016.
