My wife and I had purchased 2 vehicles from the staff at Super Service and were pleasantly surprised. They were all extremely helpful and got us in exactly what we wanted. they took the time to show us how to operate all the options and mad the process extremely quick and easy. Will defiantly purchase vehicles from them again.
Review: I, [redacted], am contacting the owners of Super Service concerning the 325xi 2001 BMW. I am requesting to forfeit my down payment and return their car. The first request was made on June 1, 2014. I request this to Joe as Super Service and to Carl of Franklin Finances. When I contacted Joe at Super Service he avoided and ignored the request. On June 2, 2015 we took the car to Super Service to give him a chance to "look at it". I asked him to specify if he was going to fix the car and again he said he would "look at it". I left the car there. He called me and said he looked at the car and he did not see anything wrong by using only his eyes. And then he told me he run errands in the car, went to Cedarburg, and said he put over 40 miles on the BMW. He told me that he could use the car as an errand car. I went to pick up the car on June 3, 2015. While I was driving the car, it turned off twice while I was attempting to drive home which is about four miles. Thick white smoke was coming out of the tail pipe of the car. The car was acting in the same way it did when I dropped the car off the day before. On June 5, 2015 we took the car for diagnostic testing. It would not pass the emission test.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would not like to deal with Joe anymore. I find that he is very misleading, manipulative and a fraud. He sold me a lemon. He pretend as thought to fix the problem which he does not follow through on. I am expressing that I no longer want this car as I stated on June 1st and now again on June 8th. I request there be an investigation of Super Service and Joe conducted by state and federal agencies.
