At this time, I have been contacted directly by Super Sonic Suds regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was not contacted by the [redacted] ***, despite the attendant at the business showing me on several occasions the lengthy list of customer names and phone numbers who were affected She told me several times across the week that the [redacted] would be in touch This was never the case I only received updates by physically going to the business, and received limited information from the attendant I went to the business again, and my dry cleaning was finally returned However the attendant told me the [redacted] was insisting on at least half payment for the clothing I told the attendant that I would not pay - she already told me verbally three weeks into this situation that I wouldn't have to pay, and we were at almost seven weeks at this point - in fact the right customer service move would be some type of credit due to the huge inconvenience of this situation She gave me my clothes but said the [redacted] would be in touch regarding payment The [redacted] has not yet been in touch I will not consider this resolved until I am told there will be no fee In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I dropped off dry cleaning at this laundromat on October **, 2014 (several pairs of pants, several dresses, and a skirt). Goods are sent off site to another business to be dry cleaned. My dry cleaning has not yet been returned. The Laundromat apparently changed [redacted]s and the dry cleaner has a financial dispute with the old [redacted]. I've been told that the dry cleaner will not return the clothes until the dispute is resolved. The attendant at the laundromat will not give me the contact information for the dry cleaner so that I can try to claim my own property directly.Desired Settlement: I would like my goods returned, and I would like to not be charged for the dry cleaning service since this has been over a 5 week wait. If goods are missing, I would like to be reimbursed for the cost so that I can replace. The pants and skirt are part of a suit, which would render the suit jackets useless, so reimbursement would need to be for the full cost of the suits.
