We have a buylist service for trading cards as described in the claim The buylist is accepted sight unseen The acceptance is that the condition is as stated and person keeps to all guidelines There was a delay in communication and this was due to the Thanksgiving holidayWe were closed for the day weekend and as such were very behind on buy orders as well as sales orders As soon as this particular customer's email was received, we searched for the buy order and processed it out of order received, to take care of his needs Unfortunately the order was not what we expected The agreement is based on what the seller says it will be We had no use for them as shipped and so we returned all the cardsWe do not refund shipping chargesNo where do we state that we would refund shipping if the transaction is not completed We also incurred an expense to ship the cards back
