The purchase was made at a kiosk in the fashion place mall that is owned and managed by *** ***.The Gentleman purchased the product on June 11th 2016.After almost months he came back to the kiosk demanding a full refund, using vulgar language and being loud and physical.Our sales representative
tried to explain to him that the "No refund exchanges only" policy on the receipt is an error and our returning policy ( that was dictated to us by the mall and is used in all of *** malls all over the united states) is "full 100% money back guaranteed for unopened and unused products within days from the day of the purchase and days product return for either exchange or store credit" and the policy was clearly posted at the register wrap on the day of the purchase.The sales representative has no authority to have no further action in a situation like that, which the purchased was made months prior therefore he called hes manager( even though he called him in their joined language and even though the client dint believe it- it was still the manager of duty the same day)Because the original receipt was months old the manager couldn't even pull it up from the system and he called me for a special permission to give the client a new product for the client to be satisfied .The client did not accept the gesture and did not care that hes asking to do something that is against mall policy.Those products are manufactured in factories in large quantities and sometimes there is malfunctions- But this was not the case.The client claim to use it for almost months before the problem accrued- therefor the got a fully functioning product and probably missed use it or he did not read the instructions and did not follow the measures stated in the instructions . I will also mention that the manager was promoted to be a regional manager for the whole seller and now he manage branchesThe specific sales representative is no longer working with us because he was called into duty and sent over-seas to serve in the front against the enemies of the country.We in Super Steamers LLC strive to bring every client to satisfaction while taking in account the rules and regulations that are dictated to us by our licencor and protocols we must follow
