Tommie Copper compression leggings on August 27 at a Super Supplements store. The leggings were ill fitting and she attempted to return them for a refund the following day. The clerk told her that a refund was not available because the Complainant had taken the leggings out of the store; however, the clerk offered to provide a store credit.Upon receiving the Revdex.com Complaint, I asked the District Manager to contact the Complainant to attempt to resolve the dispute. The District Manager spoke with the Complainant on September 10 and learned that the Store Manager had already spoken with the Complainant and resolved the dispute. The Complainant told the District Manager that she was satisfied. My complaint has been resolved. I received a call from the Super Supplements manager the next day and she informed me to come to the store to get my money credited back to my VISA. Which they did, but what a hank.
